I just love this Credit Union, and have for over 35yrs. I live a 1/2 hour away, and love the convenience of mobile banking. And, the people are wonderful and helpful, when you call them with any problem you have. Please don't ever close!!!!!!
check deposit doesn't work well. I bought a stamp for the endorsement, and it still tells me it can't read it. aggrivating!
I have never had an issue since I opened my account.. great service, very helpful at the tellers through this pandemic.. thank you
It took three tries for my check to be deposited. I wish I could deposit checks at the ATM in Fairhaven. Otherwise, I like banking with SMCU.

Works great, but I would like to be able to view my credit card info from the app instead of having to go to the website.

The app is easy to use and navigate. I love being able to transfer money between my accounts so quickly. I just wish I was alerted more quickly when amounts are debited. I usually am not notified until it's too late and my balance then becomes insufficient.
