Great when it works. Loved it until after login, it just keeps cycling through security questions over, and over, and over again. Yes, questions are correct. Even uninstalled, reinstalled and restarted phone. Still have same issue. Customer Care wasn't help. Log in on laptop works great. Mobile worked great until these issues arose
Mobile Deposit option is horrible. Developers, you have got to fix this. It shouldn't be this difficult to deposit a check. Even the southern Bancorp staff acknowledges how bad this option is on the app.
It is a basic mobile banking app, but it gets the job done. My main complaint is that every time I log in with my fingerprint, it asks me, "Would you like to use finger print authentication in the future?" This is so annoying.
It's easy to use and very up to date on every transaction, I love it. I also like the fact Shazam immediately contacts you in the invent of suspected fraud! It's a great App .
The app is very useful and convenient however, I updated it and still don't have the option for mobile deposit. HELP!!!!!!

Needs updated nothing works except balance check can't deposit a check or anything

I love this app
App icon on my phone. Go to open it, says it's not installed. I have to go to playstore, and open it through that to get to it. Needs to be fixed please. Very frustrating!
I'm not sure why but it's no different then the web page on the internet and they don't have mobile deposit. Kinda disapointed.

This app is perfect. I can check my accounts and get up-to-date balances, pay bills, and see which expenditures have cleared each account -- All on the go.

It worked fine the first month I used it, which wasn't terribly often since it's my business account and I'm just getting started. BUT now the app won't open. I click on it, it flashes like it's going to open, then nothing. I tried multiple times, even restarted my phone multiple times. I just tried uninstall/reinstall...let's see if that works. Will update EDIT: Reinstall worked for now!
