I've had no issues while using this app. I only get service every 2 weeks, so I find it really convenient that I am able to get notifications to remind me to put my trash out.
It makes it easier to plan & prepare for what gets picked each week. And a GREAT REMINDER! I am still glad for this app!
The app is great for getting the days right but the bill pay function is not integrated and requires a whole e sign in on the web. That is not convenient 😒
Well the customer number does NOT appear as you said on the bill. I already had an account. And it no longer lets me use my original account user name wants me to use email instead. App did not help at all.. ...........
It's a great tool for keeping me reminded of pick up days. Especially, the past week with the holidays.
Easy to navigate, great reminders which cart goes out on which week , and loaded with info and tips....
Notifications let us know whether it's trash or recycling to be picked up the next day. The only thing that would make it better would be to get the notification earlier in the day.
Very useful for busy lives. I like the night before reminders.

As i age, also do i forget more. This app helps me to make sure my trash is out on the street and on time.

trying to get where the pricing of bins are won't let me go there
I just downloaded this app and the first thing it requires is to search for the address to determine pick up days. I type in my address and it can't find it. It takes me to an error reporting page where email address, physical address etc are required. It will allow me to enter all the info except my physical address (it won't let me select it). So I am unable to use the app for anything. I tried searching my neighbors address and they are also not listed in the addresses.
