App doesn't work. Can't log in, says my username or password is incorrect. Tried with my email, tried with my account number, neither worked. Am able to log in perfectly fine on my PC. Apparently they discontinued the app, so why is it still on the store!
The app used to work fine but now doesn't because of a change in account numbers. App hasn't been updated since 2018 - very disappointing. App doesn't offer a way to check broadband/nbn usage. As at Oct 2021 still cant access since at least January.
Keeps telling me that I have wrong password even though I have the right one. Useless app. I will rate it zero if I could.
This app has not worked for me since the 11th of November 2020. What's going on. I contacted southernphone on this date and told it was going to be updated it has not happened !!!???
Keeps telling me I have the wrong password even though I know it's right. Provides no easy way to reset password. Southern phone has gone so far downhill I'm considering switching back to a big provider.
Firstly the data was not working for a week and after complaining got the data going and the international call are not the $40 plan discounted to $30. Should'nt this be automatic on the plan. A big ripoff.
I don't know how good/bad it is as it won't recognise my email address for login even after I registered for the second time. Does anyone ever test these apps before releasing them???
Hopeless. Unable to log in at their web page and also this app. Entered data correct. No reponse from chat ... sorry all busy.
This App is no longer in use Southern Phone comucation is very poor one would have had a replacement up and running before disabling this App
Doesn't work. Won't open. Just like so many Southern Phone ideas- and their call centre- a frusrating waste of time.
Stupid app isn't working due to changes to the app they say its a upgrade so go to the website and SIGN IN WELL IT'S THE SAME PROBLEM!! NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

For a Communications Company you make it very very difficult to communicate with you via online.
The app is useless, does not recognise my email and to phone southern phones takes upto 20 minutes and then they put you on hold while they transfer you to another team member which I waited another 5 minutes and hung up.
Hopeless, takes long time to answer there phone, so 20 -40 munites is the nome, should be called the new center link.
Disgusting app doesn't recognize my email anymore been a customer for several years to support local company will change to another supplier,the people answering dont seem to care at all

Goo app I like it I'm with iinet at the moment I wanna know if I can switch to you people and if I have to pay an early termination fee and could I keep both numbers I have my own mobile and landline silent number for land line

This app is no longer and southern phone are too useless to tell their customers, jump on the online site to login and check your account.
I'd give this a fat zero if I could, I can't login with it, it's asking for the wrong credentials

Great Australian company. When you call them you get someone the other end who you can understand and they understand your needs. I've been with them for around 15 years.
Not working. Should be the same login face as the web portal
Have not used it to it's full extent yet from what I have seen 10 out of 10
Log in screen is annoying enough; wipes out anything you paste (if you're navigating to and from a password manager you are screwed). Once you're in, paying the bills might as well be done in browser. The company as a whole needs a UI overhaul...
