Can't use my app. Been trying to see my account for 3 days straight and keeps telling me the application is currently unavailable please try again later...
Can not login anymore, really liked the app at first. Why did y'all stop allowing people to use this app. It was so much better when we didn't have to call and talk to anyone about most transactions. 😔
Meh. login NEVER works. NEVER. If you try too many times it locks you out. Then you have to call someone and that takes forever

Updated: Giving this 4 stars now that no major bugs exist. The general user experience is better than the old app, but the new one constantly crashes when trying to make a mobile check deposit.
There is no way to tell if you are turning an option on or off; even if you are logged out your balance can be seen with quick glance, your account number auto populates when you return to the app even if you don't remain logged in. Terrible privacy!!! Update as of 06/01/2019: None of the above/previous issues have been addressed. I am very upset that my account balance can be seen without logging in to the account. Quick View should only be visible if you opt to remain signed in to the app :(
It won't let me log in
It was a 5 Star app until the last update. Took away fingerprint login. I can't tell if the toggle is set to "Remember Me" or not. There's other issues also, but those are the biggest for me.
So horrible, crashes all the time! If you don't fix the app, I'm switching banks. I'm 45 mins from my closest branch and I need for my banking all to work and be dependable. Please fix this or just go back to the old app, it ALWAYS worked. Put the preview back on the picture part of the mobile deposit. I never know if I took the pic or not.
Can't transfer funds
Using a Samsung galaxy 5, the new app is much improved over the old one and is now working well for me.
Update fixed the errors and bugs with the app. Logged in and was impressed. Big improvement over the other app. Maybe the transition between pages could be smoother, but besides that it's great.
While trying to complete a mobile deposit the app is constantly shutting down, needs fixed!
Did not work until I uninstalled powered off phone turn phone back on and reinstalled works fine now
was a pretty good app. now having log in issues. the first fingerprint log in shows a prompt saying that the app has to close, but the second attempt is successful.
