Southland CU

The app never let's me view my account outside of the quick view. I can only see like the last 5 transactions. I have uninstalled and installed multiple times and it does the same thing everytime. I also cannot deposit checks from the app like the other family members in my home. This app is horrible for me and I have had my account the longest.

I am unable to log into my account through my mobile app. I keep getting a "security trigger alert", I get redirected to the website and try to log in. I get the same message EVERYTIME. ITS A CONSTANT LOOP. I have allowed all permissions, tried different browsers, even tried a VPN if that would make any difference. I am still unable to log in.

This app is horrible and the website as well. Sign in issues and constant security alerts when I sign in. Once signed in, there is no information in estatement...no transaction history at all. Constant glitches...horrible access to banking with this institution.

Awkward, clumsy, glitchy Transfer Issue Difficult to enter amounts to transfer. The numbers go in backwards. Very bothersome. ePay issue Doesn't work, ever. Alwsys says its unavailable...."try again later" Thus a POOR rating.

SOFTWARE PROBLEM: After the recent update in July 2020 I have been unable to view or access Money Manager Overview. When I click on it it keeps searching and doesn't stop. I called SCU numerous times and no one can help fix the problem. What's up? Otherwise I love Southland

Contacted southland. Problem had to do with apps permissions. Allowed permissions. Problem solved. Able to make mobile deposits. Mobile deposit frustration. For past 2 days I've been unable to make deposit. I just get a black screen when trying to take picture.

Frustrating the app only works half the time and won't load to see my account transaction and it's so slow! Needs major work!

Ridiculous! Can only see last 10 transactions. App is slow at times too.

App does not work well on my android phone have difficult time trying to see the part where I put my password without scrolling up with difficulty

I was unable to make a mobile deposit of a check the screen is black with only the word cancel at the bottom right-hand side.

Will not let me log on. Does not work with Androids. Old version needs to be updated by Southland.

I can't believe this...almost 10 years since I tried to use the app, and it still doesn't work???? UNINSTALL!

this app is very old and is probably 6 android software updates behind. and my balance isn't even updated/accurate. Did Southland forget they made a mobile app?

Unable to make mobile deposits. Other than that, it has your basic features.

basic, fairly easy to navigate. it does the trick. not a bad app.

Horrible service. The app sucks. It needed mutiple updates and still didn't work.

Until i can deposit checks this is useless. My closest branch is ten miles away and I dont have a car.

Tried to log on yesterday and I got a black screen that said connection untrusted. Can someone tell me who can help me with this problem?

Can't take pictures of checks, all I see is a black screen. I just don't want to go to the bank .

The option to deposit checks is not available on the app even though the description states it can. Need to update with this option.

May as well use the web, exact interface and functionality
