Love it love it!! Since the update was done, its much easier to understand "how to" when trying to do whatever it is that you need to do, transfers from acct to acct, deposit checks, check your monthly statements, apply for a loan. Like I said..."whatever it is that you need to do" when you need it the most. My favorite option is when I forget my debit and I don't want to use up too much from my credit card, I can just simply "transfer funds and immediately I can use my card, with NO WAIT TIME!!

Always some issue. Keeps saying invalid password or username when it most definitely isn't wrong. And if it's not that there's some other errors and always says to contact the institution but does it most when they aren't even open so no one to contact. Seriously ridiculous

Easiest app I have ever used. I have never stepped foot into my Credit Union because of this App! I love it!

This app is always down and continues to tell me my password is wrong when I log in by recognition so my password is automatically ready, after the 3 or 4th try, it finally let's me in. I use my laptop

Don't like that they did a hard inquiry credit check to open a savings account. It didn't seem worth only $25.00 I can't access unless I close my account. So far other than that okay. Bad interest rate. I am a Kroger employee. It is a credit union. Hope for good future loan rate options in the future.

Love SWF but hate their app and website. I can never connect to look at my account. Inhave tried at home and at work. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I deleted cookies and cleared cache. I tried multiple browsers. I simply cannot connect.

Easy access to my account. I've used it for years. Very user friendly

New update is an epic fail. I miss the old version. Please bring it back :(

Some times I have to reload it just to get access to my account. It can be annoying when you need to transferr money from savings into checking then it doesn't recognize your print or password.

I love being able to have access to know when my loans are due great upgrade. The app is user friendly so it works for me who is not so tech savvy . I JUST LOVE MY BANK!!!!

I don't like the new format for displaying the activity on the phone. But I do like that it can display all my transfers on one page.

I have had this account for 20 years and I really love what is offered. The BEST bank and mobile app. that there is to offer.

Login issues seem to be largely resolved.

The app changed not as happy with this the old one was better.

I love this app and would give it 5 stars if I could use it to lock my cards when not in use.

I love this app I have access to my acct at anytime. I can pay my loans, my bills,and move money with ease.

I've been using the same log in , and haven't got my Southwest Financial card in the mail yet, and my sign on is coming up error!

Anytime I need a loan they're always very helpful the app is helpful it gives me a minute by minute on my card

Southwest Financial FCU is the best! I am glad they have the check capture. Easy deposit into my account.

Love this app. Makes banking easy. I live 100 miles away from credit union.

Would have rated it 5 stars, however, doesn't seem to generate reports like the old app did...so important at tax time

Easy to use and I can use my finger print to sign in.
