Not sure what I'm looking at half the time. This app is pointless if it doesn't actually tell me how much money is in my account. Yes transferring from my other accounts works but how do I know when I need to if I'm not sure what my balance. My last bank was able to tell me exactly what I needed even on the weekends. Weirdly enough the app seemed to be more accurate before I was talked into overdraft protection. If it was up to date before why is it not able to now?
Simple in a bad way. It's hard to follow or understand exactly what is in your account or going to be since there is a "pending" section and no time stamps of the transactions. This app needs an overhaul.
Forbidden message every time. I'm using the correct password so i guess the new security features are glitching. Never had an issue until now.
Not even getting to the login screen. Haven't entered the wrong password, nor changed my password. Just says warning forbidden then closes the app
Usually 5 stars but all of sudden when i sign in it tells me "forbidden" then closes the app, ive had the same phone for a year now and never had problems before.
I love this app! its very easy to use and I love that you can log in so easy with your fingerprint.
It says forbidden when I try to open the app. I have updated it but it still does not work.
Randomly logs you out and shuts down your online account. Only way to fix it is during normal business hours
I constantly use thos app to help manage my finances. It's super handy.

Terrible mobile banking
this app suddenly quit working on my tablet. still works on my phone
Way too many updates. I would just like to log in without needing to remember my user name and password every update
Enjoy using the app, but I get an error whenever I try to set it up to unlock with my note8's fingerprint scanner

Can't see pending transactions
Locks me out of my account with "user blocked" all the time, even though 100% using correct credentials. Happens at least once a week on average. Sometimes 3 or 4 times, which is a nightmare on the weekend or after 5pm. Terrible experience. Also constantly has errors about how much is in my account. Needs overhaul. *Edit: your response to my review is absolutely incorrect. I get that message all the time without even having answered ANY security questions. I'm not an idiot. Your app is broke
