Works for working. Just a heads up: you have to be available when the demands goes up, or you don't get customer's orders.
The app is not working, when I try to upload my documents and SOAT it shows a error message almost 3 days ago (the server is not available in this moment)
Can't contact support on the app to solve problems like the bag not being available at the hub in my city. It doesn't show the change you'll need until you arrive at the clients place which is weird since I have to magically make money appear in my pockets to give change. Sometimes it bugs and shows some values where it shouldn't. The working policies make you their dog: if the clients cancel they take it as your fault instead of looking into the problem. Worst out of all delivery apps.
When I have to take a picture of a document to upload it for you to verify my info, it is on a very low quality, please add the option to upload the files/pictures from the phone. Also it says I have an acceptance rate that it's not accurate, and yes I have notifications activated.
Hard to make extra money, the app doesn't work with Android11( more than capable phone): tons of bugs, runs slowly, the tutorial welcome gets stuck over and over again, support is inexistent if you are not the client.
The app works as it must work, but sometimes comes up with some glitches and it makes harder the way we use it for work. Y'all should think less in keeping updating the app and instead improving it as in self-support for its "rappitenderos" and stop depending of the support team.
FIX THE BUGS! goddamnit. so many people telling you guys about it and y'all don't do anything. those damn courses that you have to complete so you can get orders, FIX THEM. And NO, it's not a matter to simply clean the cache and reinstall the app. THERE ARE BUGS AND YOU GUYS MUST FIX THEM!
Because of SCREEN OVERLAY, I cant use the app THIS YEAR (last year I could, it didnt demand this feature), in a GALAXY A01 CORE, a RECENT PHONE (LAST YEAR)!!!! Would/will add stars if I have a solution for this, since so far I couldnt even access support , not even email
Installed this by error and I'm getting a ton of messages everyday. There's no way to delete my info from their company database nor any way to contact anyone to help me with the issue.
It's fine, just try to take all the orders if you don't want the rate of acceptance get 50% off. I would love to have more time when it's supposed you are a walker. Update: they erased my history
Good but miss a direct channel to talk with support, there's some problems that it has no answers and you don't have a very good interaction with support.
Easy to use but I would like for the name of the business to be more easily available even when you are en-route to the location already. Other than that, it's very user-friendly and good to make money!
STAY AWAY! This app has more bugs than the Amazon. If you want to avoid headaches, and if you hate wasting time KEEP LOOKING.
It only gets worse. In less than a year they went from paying 60 Mexican pesos to 40 Mexican pesos (minimum) per order to those who work on car. Also they made some changes that force me to increase my level, otherwise I won't receive as many orders as I once did. Use another app. These people sucks.
1. Soporte Inexistente. 2. Base de datos desactualizada en muchos de los productos de walmart y farmacias. 3. Pocos pedidos. 1. Is basically impossible to contact support, you are on your own. 2. If a user reports you from some bs, they will still ban you even if you provide evidence on your favor. 3. Pay is not worth it if you are delivering in a car, half at least will be gone to pay for gas.

Terrible. It won't even let me sign up saying I have fraudulent apps??? Really? I have games and PayPal, that's about it.
Can´t finish the profile. Error during the upload of the documents. System doen´t respond ! Ridiculous !

It's a good app to work as your own boss it has complications but when you've learned everything about the app you will work well
It's mostly a scam if you don't automatically accept any order you won't be able to get any and if you don't have money to pay for an order and have to abort it you are blocked
Usually simple and easy ,could improve the GPS I believe or am don't use it correctly ; will try more times ...and report again rss
A Very bad app, I created my account now i want to delete it, but they won't let me, they're holding into my info
The sound is very low, sometimes i miss some command just because of that...
It takes forever to recognize the face of the user. Loss of time. Makes me mad every single morning.
Tried to sign up to provide delivery but at 58 they refused me.....seems like a good app but they discriminate
The application not allowed me to create an account because there is a bug in account creation that did not identify correctly that the fields are not empty
Now appears some stupid message, blocking my account after update the app, is so lame.
Terrible support, unknown pay rates, disappearing fees and more.
