Cause me to key in ATS late
I absolutely love... To hate this app.
Its havent been updated. It takes tooo much time to load.
Useless app phone no space update can't key in ATS now my attendance kenna nb.
Attendance taking not working.
Attendance admission cannot be used for some reason.
My lecturer say give 5star for gpa 4

TERRIBLY disappointed with the SP Mobile app. SLOW and POORLY BUILT interface, shortchanging 15,378 students and 1,717 staff. We have brilliant IT courses in SP. Please, PLEASE work on this app. Otherwise, simply hire a professional to get it fixed. It's pointless giving those constant updates when they don't do much of an improvement at all. How could such a remarkable polytechnic have its very own official app to be one true disappointment? Students and lectures of SP are losing their faith on it.
Mediocre at best. Don't get me wrong , the app does have some interesting and useful features but the interface is poor. The UI is confusing and feels dated. This app is an embarrassment to SP. A major update is long overdue. Please right this wrong urgently.
If you're going to emphasise alot on the importance of attendance, then at least get the ATS to work please.
Great app, however the CCA tab is not working as noticed by lots of students
The app does what its supposed to do. But UI can be overall be more tidy and friendly!
Please, get a better designer. And changing some color scheme and icons doesn't make it "Enhanced". You didn't even enhance 95% of the app
It's cool but can be improved! It's really useful for students but the cca often doesnt show so its a bit troublesome. But still useful app!

Sometimes the app takes time to load due to wifi issues, connectivity issues etc. This causes students to be late for class when they want to key in for ATS. Maybe seperate the section to make it into a shortcut to allow students to direct access to the ATS system.
Functions like the checking of CCA and exam results, do not work

Udpated app and restarted phone but app says still unupdated. Unable to check exam schedule and venue
Highly ineffective, needs to update or the services are unusable. Not very supportive of people who do not have enough memory space on their phones and are unable to update straight away
After getting bombarded with constant reminder to update it, I finally did and now none of the services work, always the same pop up of being 2 versions behind despite the update literally being just 1 minute ago. Please fix or let older version be downloaded

Is there any way to make the user interface look more flat and intuitive?
Everytime i sign in to the student portal to check results etc it just traps me in a loophole where i have to keep re-entering my credentials. Fix please
This is so much better than version 2 which doesnt allow us to take ATS and view student timetable
