Gives an unhelpful 'Invalid Vehicle Info for product 9119' so i can't actually reserve parking. Have tried other vehicles like 'Honda Accord' and those don't work either. Terrible app.
Beware this app doesn't offer cancellations and refunds, when competing products like spot hero and park whiz offer same.

Horrible app with no functionality
I this version I have to enter my CC info all the time I make reservation, while before I didn't have to. Also for some reason checkout always adds an additional day. The only way I could get around it is by booking it for 0 time.
Absolute Garbage, app wouldn't connect to the server when my phone had full Internet and service connection
I'm trying to contact customer service. I've been charged 5 times for one month. Phone calls have been unsuccessful. Please contact me for a refund.
This app looks like my first Android app, but has less functionality
Doesn't work! Every time you open it it says network unavailable??
Easy and secure.
The app crashes immediately every time I open it. I can't even use it.
Not sure what this app does, other than showing some parking decks scattered about. This company is now in charge of parking enforcement in Atlanta, and they recommended we install this app, but why? The ParkMobile app is much, much better.
Crashes when I try to open it. Reinstalled 3 times. I'm done.

App only directs you to call for info on so many things which makes the app useless. And, btw, their customer service is slow to respond and just as useless as the app. I won't use this app and I don't park at SP+ facilities any more. Buyer beware!
Not even the app is extremely bad, it doesn't even work. I cannot login ever and I tried many accounts. Keep saying my passwordnis wrong or popping out server errors. Absolutely useless
When I arrive to the designated address there was no parking lot there.
We reserved parking in Wash DC a month before a holiday weekend and when we arrived we had a known place to park.
With 6.0 Marshmallow, the app crashes as soon as I click it to open it. Running on Sony Concept on Xperia Z3 Compact.
Downloaded it while visiting DC and the app won't even open running on a Nexus 6
App does NOT ask you to enter license plate. I paid for parking via app, wrote a note on my dash with the confirmation number, and got a $66.50 parking violation from SP Plus Corporation.
