This game is everything I have ever wanted in a spaceflight game, the only thing that bugs me is that before I bought the standard parts expansion, the game was not really fun, as launched and building with budgets is realistic but also takes from the experience. Overall, the game is still great without expansions but personally I couldn't play without the expansion.
This has gone downhill, to my dismay. This was one of my top favorite games, until I had to pay for rocket parts in sandbox. I've already purchased a few things over a year ago and can still access them, but I can't enjoy sandbox anymore without having to pay for it. They needed to upgrade what you could do such as planetary and solar body scanning and the info you could learn! Instead, they seem to have opted for the EA model.
The game physics engine is tied to frame rate. Played it on my pixel 6 pro and the game was running at 2x speed. Great for speedrunning, not for a casual space game. Made it really difficult. Verified it was the display refresh rate by disabling high refresh rate on my phone, dropping back down to 60hz, and then it ran fine. Please update and fix for newer phones. Forgot how bad 60hz phone display was when I turned it back, lol. Otherwise, the game is fine.
The game isn't the problem............. it's that the people just can't seem to follow simple instructions. But overall, I've beaten the game 6 times in a row, and I love it. Add more rocket parts and pieces, and launch able satellites and stuff.
This game is awesome. I like how it's challenging but not so much so that its not fun. They make the objectives, like flying to another planet and putting a satellite in orbit, just the right amount of distance. It's a fun addictive game.
The game is unplayable. Due to some bug that has not been fixed, the timer for each mission now goes at double speed. Already tight missions are now impossible to complete, in some cases your rocket can't even physically get into orbit before time runs out.
What a great game. I've had it for years, bought it on iPhones, an iPad, a slew of Android phones and two Chromebooks. I finally finished all the levels after literal years, and immediately bought a bunch of quick launches as a way to say thank you. This has been a joy to play. I'd love to see a Nooleus-X Heavy in the future if you're still updating the game.
I like this game as it's fun to build and maintain your space empire, the fact that to unlock the different modules and things around the solar system by playing the campaign is also frustrating but is fun and it also forces you to think about what works best for what you are trying to get to , my only gripe is I paid for 1000 quick launches and because I have changed phones was unable to bring them over maybe be me as was able to restore the other purchased content for the game
What the hell happened to this game?!? I've had this game for years. Replayed it multiple times. I just came back to it after a brief hiatus and for some reason the whole game is on fast forward. Unplayable until its fixed. Will rewrite this once its fixed.
Don't worry about the reviews, I think their game might be individually bugged since I seem to run the game fine. There's a hard learning curve but YouTube saved me from that, it's a fun challenge.
I would give 5 stars but its so repetitive there hasn't been an update with new content for 2 years which is a shame because it's such a good game. This game really needs some new content. This game is so much better than the sequel it's just a lot easier and more fun to play. Why hasn't there been any new content for so long.
Great game. Disappointed that not all the parts are free especially as some of the levels to unlock parts are pretty hard.
Have played this game for many years now on several different phones. I love it. I saw you had to delete links to your other apps, can I get link on here to them or a YouTube channel showing them as I'd support those too. You have put so much effort into this game its amazing!
I ran into a problem. I'm running it on Android 11 in which there's a problem with the game time. 1 second just passes in half a second or even faster. I don't know how to solve it or is it a game glitch? Please help
It is a great game, very easy to get the hang of, but has just enough depth in later levels to keep things interesting. Not too complicated. If I was to add one thing it would be the ability to skip a level if you just can't beat it. But overall, great game. If your phone is a peice of garbage, don't be worried about loading or lag issues.the controls are easy to get the hang of. If you are looking for a mobile KSP, this is as close as I've seen.I look forward to the developer adding more to it.
The game is quite fun and I had a blast building wacky, huge space stations, building giant rockets, and landing on distant planets. However, the game seems to have quite a few bugs, and the orbital mechanics are extremely, extremely unrealistic. This game, although imperfect, is definitely worth your time.
LOVE this game! Not for casual players, you have to really think and plan your moves. Have completed it before and am now replaying it! (***Only one thing I'd change, remove the landing zone on the moon for career mission 16***) If you're looking for an easy way to pass 5 minutes, this game is NOT for you. If you want a game that is well designed and will make you use your brain and skills with some depth.... and are into space OBVIOUSLY, this is a fantastic one to get 😉 🚀🛰☀️🌙
The game is fun and addictive. I had a lot of fun doing missions. Some people in review said getting gold is impossible. But I got gold in all the missions, with a lot less time and money spent than required even for gold award. I am taking one star off because orbital mechanics is just plain wrong. I get that it's 2d simulation but it can be improved a lot. Also landing mechanism can be improved. You can mix and match with different rocket parts but can't build a customized rocket.
I've been casually playing this game for over 6 years now, it's so great! I do wish to see more parts in the future. I would also love if breaking one small piece of a space station didn't destroy 100% of the station, I've build a 100+ part space station and bumping it into anything destroys the whole ship.. especially annoying when I accidentally enter orbit for the moon, the ship is so big that it smacks into the moon surface.
This game is a dream come true. For a long time I have looked for a simple space sim that gives me the look and feel of real space travel as we knew it in the 60s and 70s. The ships are perfect, the physics are spot on and it's a challenging game that makes me want to complete each challenge. Mostly when a game on my phone gets challenging there is nothing there to keep interested, this game keeps me interested and wanting to see where the next mission is going to take me.
Great game! The level 2 was bit harder to complete, but now I even can gold it. It is good if it was little bit more realistic, I didn't said it want to be 3D. for example, Moon landing looks very dumb. And If it had real planets in the solar system...! And also turning the rocket in space is hard without thrusters which aren't available in more powerful rockets. A little engine (with thrusters) would not make it to at least moon. However, great game and waitin for new updates. Thanks developer!
Being a game developed by one Dev alone, I'm amazed. The game is too complete, really! Excellent work. It was a bummer to discover there where no orbital mechanics nor 3D movement in space. I miss the orbital mechanics more, otherwise it's the same as driving a car. Having to eyeball rendezvous maneuvers is a lot more challenging than "moving up". I wish there was a mode or setting to activate normal orbits. Docking in 2D is also too easy. All that said, kudos for the great game! Bugs: on first tutorial, dragging the parts selection up until the "hand" is a bit out of screen, there's no way to move it back down or continue, even when the time is visible... Then when it tells to remove the first stage, if you add another part, the tutorial message never updates anymore... buuut the rocket gets meco when the next message should appear. Also, propellant still is consumed when not pressing the button and the rocket keeps going up. Missions always show objectives as 0 completed. Resupply mission tutorial 8 can be successful when removing all O2 tanks from the station. On the last step you can select the station againaagain remove the second tank, it will count as successful O.o xD I liked the quantized maneuvering buttons, specially the rotation control. It's always a bit hard to set rotation rate to 0 in other games. What about the Titan mission? I launched, docked, undocked other modules, burnt the rocket back on reentry, undocked the capsule, got back on the sea... What's the goal? Couldn't transfer fuel nor supplies, nor open the capsule to let the astronauts out to fish or something xD
I love the concept. I like the controls and the steps in order to complete missions. It would be better tho if you can have more rockets like the Sea Dragon, Falcon 9 or Heavy, and Space Shuttle. Also, if we can have the James Webb telescope, the new solar probe, sputnik, bigger resupply modules. Most importantly, I would love it if we can see the humans, if the orbits are larger (at least 50%), bigger surfaces for the moon and mars, and simultaneous use of all thrusters that are connected.
This is a great game! I've alway loved playing Kerbal Space Program on PC but since I started university I haven't had that option, and as a mobile game this is a great alternative. the only thing that really bothers me are some of the mechanics. Like speeding up in an orbit doesn't raise the orbit, and accelerating away from a planet does. This probably only bothers me as an aerospace engineer, and I know its just a free mobile game, but might be cool to have ina sequel if theres demand for it.
This is one of the best smartphone games out there. Fun, interesting and simple yet challenging enough so you want to improve and complete each mission, but not difficult enough that you feel like it's too complex and want to quit. The physics engine is very neat (considering the simplification of real space travel to a 2D game) and the variety, complexity and length of each Career Mission is very well balanced. It still has some bugs (eg: OSM and crashing payloads), but nothing too serious.
