We tried to use this app to do an interactive tour of houston space centre. Only to find the tour is way out of date. Spoke to three members of staff including a supervisor to ask where the items where it was trying to sending us to to be told apart from the theatre none of the exibits in the app were here anymore. may seem trivial but I have bad ADHD and i really struggle with busy places so the tour seemed awesome and would help me organize what is a chaotic building but nope pretty useless.
I donloaded the app to use the augmented reality and it just doesn't work, Tried on 3 different phones and we couldn't make it work. Also tried to book a slot on the tram but no clue where to do so, it mentions go back and join the virtual line but no such thing like the virtual line. Useless app
Downloaded to try the Augmented reality at the Mars site and the Saturn site as directed by the signs. But there is no AR option in the app at all. Also tried to make photos with the app but it cropped out about two-third of the area. Feedback is limited to two lines, so here is the public feedback.
For how smart the guys at NASA are, whoever had the GREAT idea of this app is an imbecil and should be fired upon. Its full of bugs, nothing works at all and the icing on the cake is the registration to be able to go and take the tour to see the saturn V which is literally impossible to achieve. What a disappointment with NASA. If i could give it - 5 stars i would. Makes us don't want to come back.
AR works well on Galaxy S9. The trick is you have to give it permissions to access camera, etc. Otherwise you get the 1-star reviews of people who say it doesn't work.
Can't believe the agency that sent humans to the moon can't even hire a decent app developer. This app sucks. When you try to book a tram through this app, it does not work. People who build this app should be sacked! Worst app ever.
Could be good if it was useful, unable to reserve tram or do anything that is asked to do in the app, almost completely useless
The map works well, Bluetooth locator is pretty accurate. However, the AR didnt work at all on my Pixel 3 XL.
Honestly i feel Nasa Houston is a waste of time over 1 hour wait for "Free " tram rides that forces you go download their app. Nothing much worthwhile to see for the money . Alot of aventutes that u need to pay seperately to enjoy. Utterly disappointed

The best!!
The app is required to reserve your tram time to get to Johnson space center. Unfortunately, that feature doesn't work unless you are near the tram section at the space center. Which isn't indicated anywhere. We tried every section of the app looking for the tram info and could t find it so we gave up. After seeing the space center, we tried to get to the team and they had us pull up the app. It now showed the option for a tram time... 2.5 hours later...
