I gave it five stars at first, but now, I'm giving It just two. I can't use the app the time I want. Sometimes it's because of technical problems and ,,closing of the day" as it says, sometimes because of updates, which I can't even download. I uninstalled the app several times and downloaded again, but it still doesn't work anyway.
sometimes I cannot use application at the time I want. Doing technical updates during the day on a banking app is crazy
doesn't work properly many bugs and they don't want to update it or fix bugs
This started as nice project but after some time all the benefits - cashback and discounts disappeared.. Now it's a regular banking app, with very strange policy - I wanted to add another bank for money transfer and they ask for tons of personal information just for that, it's ridicolous... Edit: After 2.8.0 update, app is sluggish, doesn't show current balance saying "data can't be loaded". Nor cache cleaning, nor reinstalling helped to fix this. I'm extremely unsatisfied
I have been waiting for 3 days to fix the app and no progress😡😤 I deleted the app 5 times, downloaded it again and again no results. What the hell are you doing????
Hello can I I use this app to make payments like in TBC Wallet, for all cards located in my space app?
I find this app very comfortable and easy to use. The best thing about Space is that you immediately receive the money transferred to your Space card 24/7. Even if the received sum doesn't show up in your account (although this has never happened to my app), you can still use it. What's more, Space has different special offers all the time.
Update: I agreed to sign a document to change the phone number on my unfinished account. It took 5 working days to deliver it, and it's been 4 more days since I signed it and my account still isn't ready Original: The app is ok. But if you don't have a TBC account, the beurocracy is awful! This is advertised as quick, easy and 100% remote, but I've been struggling to complete the registration for the fifth time already! And they won't even delete my half-made account without a signed document!
Extremely helpful!!! This app is amazing in every sense of it. I am expat, currently living in Georgia and I was not comfortable with local(foreign for me) banks. But with this app, I can do anything, anytime, anywhere. I can send transfer funds 24/7 with really low cuts. Such apps arent that common, great jobs devs!!!
1. Almost every time push notifications are missing the transfer link ( I'm getting push notification that I have something to read in the app, I click on it but after authorisation there's nothing in the app). 2. Every time you have update I need to uninstall app and install again. Is it so hard to give us the opportunity to simply update the existing app?!

They made update and i cant use App as I dont have more space on my phone. They should take such cases to account. Now i cant use mu money.
The problem is with using app after todays update. Even unninstaled app but did not help. Please assist.
Really good app, but it lags or crushes on my device. some small design problems still exist. really enjoy the inbuilt game. overall space is fun and easy to use, recommended.
I do like you, the team, the product,and unity of the team. My previous comment was regarding to loans, what I didn't like was the app/service instantly offered a credit loan during the last step of registration. To be honest it somehow seems that this is the service not for creativity or to support easy services for customers with bank - the instant offering of loans seems that there is no argues that bank insists me to take a loan, insisting doesn't help loyalty of customers. So if it's created for loans - it could be never challenge. But if it's created to make my life easier its very fast offer by the way. Best, Ana
Again, when I need to use the app, I get forced update notification and said update is not available in playstore. TBC Bank reps posting that there nothing can be done regarding this, but I think there can be. How about not forcing users to update until it is available in playstore? I'm effectively locked out of using my card until google/space gods make the update available. If this is a normal policy and "nothing can be done" then I will be cancelling my account.
Very easy, fast, and safe digital bank. It will be better if you enable more biometric authentication like facial recognition or iris scanner on phones which supports it (Google Pixels, Samsung, etc).
A good bank with nice designed cards. Support is in-app and is really cool. The UI is nice and clean, almost intuitive. I wish Google pay support to be available and accounts to be muli-currency ones
Their claim of quick "few minute" is a lie. Had to wait for a long time and keep calling before finally finding out the answer. They refuse to accept freelance income as income which makes no sense. Also app links on Firefox don't work
Slow app, it doesn't allow to use older version unless you update app. Very inconvenient
Normal App untill U get sms regarfing necessary updates. And U need to remove your money ASAP as you will not be able to make an update and Access Space App much longer than was promissed via SMS message!
Space made life easier in banking world. Superior service and professional staff. Definitely would recommend others to try it out.
App doesn't let me in, It says update your app and redirects to play syore. Play syore says your app is up to date. And I need to transfer my money immediately but cant use app at all :( Update: uninstalled and installed new instance from Playstote. The same message appers. requiring update
The won't provide full service... I have money on my account & I can't even withdrawal it, because they decided that my phone number what I Ve registered on space bank account since 2018 , now in 2021 it belongs to another person, they blocked me , I am waiting contract to signed it , & 5 days I can't use my account. Ashame if you
Completely misleading. Based on the image previews you would think that the app is an english, but it is not. I have no idea what language this is, but it is definitely not English.
I love the app and appreciate all the efforts developers make to fine-tune it. I'm a big fan of the idea itself. Keep it up, Space Team!

Great app, enables you to make some savings. 4 stars for frequent crashes, but keep on :)
can't use the app properly. sometimes it doesn't open and says to update, i press the button that takes me to play store and it clearly says here that app doesn't need updating, only visible options are uninstall and open. happens most of the time i need to check balance.
