Space Explorer VR
In Space Explorer VR you can pilot and walk around a futuristic spacecraft and explore an expansive (but scaled down) star system with 11 unique planets and moons. This game does not explicitly require a Google Cardboard or other VR headset, but using one is highly recommended.
Game pads/ controllers are not necessary, but are recommended.**Many reviewers are saying that their controllers are not supported, the game is compatible with my PS3 controller using bluetooth but I cannot test it on other controllers.

This open ended exploration type game is what I envisioned when people started touting VR to me. The only reason I'm not giving it 4 or 5 stars is because the control system is horrible. Walking only works half of the time and the buttons in the cockpit are twitchy (example: using the "stop" button just sets the speed to a random number between -5 and 5.... I have to look at it several times before it actually sets the speed to zero). Making use of the trigger to select items and toggle walking would help.
I was really excited when I saw this app as it looked very good. My controller isn't coming for another week so I was glad it wasn't needed. I slotted it into my vr headset but it didn't work. It loaded up fine, but it didn't move when I moved my head. Very disappointed and upset I could not play this game as it looks very well designed.
This is really great, and I want to see more VR games like this. There's just one thing that would make it 5 stars for me; it's really hard to walk by tilting my head, and I don't have a gamepad. Can you make it so the magnet controls walking?
My phone has no gyroscope so I was unable to play this game. And this game seems really cool. Please add a no gyro option
I really was excited to play this but now I'm just really disappointed. I don't have a head set, so it won't work. It would be better if it was just one of those games with controls. If it was different, I'd rate 5 stars.
I liked it. Wish there was more to do that just bump into planets, but it's a good demonstration of VR.

Please make more. As someone said this is what I envisioned for a virtual reality app. It is very interactive. I am now considering buying a real vr headset. I wanted to try the box before I went all in. And this has convinced me.
I keep starting at my feet but it only moves occasionally. I walked to the circle eventually but I had to keep looking back and forth. Staying down didn't move
another stunning vr game, I could even see the clouds moving and enter the atmospherefew suggestions: 1 add blue tooth controller option might be good, 2 wanna have a map in the game, 3 wanna have a more detailed HUD to assist flight, 4 pls add some background music to boost experience.
I hate EVERYTHING about this game I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. You have no control what so ever, the graphics are horrible since this is on unity, and you can't even get into the horrible gameplay since you can't even walk around. This game must be so old if it can't even work properly but having good comments!
I'm having alot of fun traveling through space and controlling speed and other things!! But If you add some Space/univers music or soundtracks...im sure this is going to be the most Epic app ever!
It starts off by saying look at your feet to begin walking it took me 3 minuets to look down and still nothing happened. If anyone knows how to get past that please tell me.
Easily one of the best experiences you can get for Cardboard. A must-have.
This app didn't really work in my vr headset as I moved around the room the footage didn't move 😯
Graphics are cool. Some bugs like space 'splitting' up, a sort of drift when i move my head, spoil the fun a tad.
I hate it its so hard to control it its like so dumb and i Quit i don't want the game any more
This is the worst game I've ever been in I didn't even get to explore space because I had to break my neck trying to look down at my feet.
There's a hole in the sun that you be can go into, which transports you to another system with a smaller sun that also has a hole in it. The consecutive systems sun is too small to find the hole.
But it looks to be based on the old SDK, so its too big to view on a big screen phone. Please update to the latest SDK
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy grand prime, and I really wanted to play this
It was really cool but I wish you could go on planets but other than that it is cool and I like how you don't need a game pad
I give up I have better things to do with my time.
It's one of the best vr games but it gives me a sore head and sometime I can sit in the seat but other then that it's so cool
Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but doesn't seem to work for Android phone. Barely moves. Soooo slow.
Liked it because I like space and exploration 4 stars because of the speed of the ship and I could not seem to get to sun.
You already wasted your money making this junk.
Probably a good game, but I have to look at my feet and rotate the phone back and forth to walk. Even then it only walks a fraction of the time
A space ship SIM for VR that is just about expolration. Love it. Suggestion: brighter and busier command station (lights and buttons wouldn't even need to be functional) and HUD to your windshield would really help boost the experience. Oh! And please give us the option to invert flight axis for us old school flight SIM guys ;)
