Y'all got rid of the grestest galaga game of all time. Besides the original but none the less I wish y'all would revive it.

When I first looked at this in the Play Store, I expected Namco Bandai to do a point for point localization of Space Galaga, luckily I was wrong. It's effectively similar but with one major difference, no microtransactions. You earn everything through play. It retains the mechanics of the JP exclusive free version but yanks out the premium currencies and in app purchases. Good work.

Fun, frantic, rewarding grind. But the movement control being locked into a little bar at the bottom of the screen is brutal. I'm constantly finding myself not moving because my thumb wandered outside of the move area just a tiny bit. I would prefer Gameboy style layout of left, right and fire buttons.

This is a great game for anyone who likes Galaga or shooters in general. I've never seen Space Dandy but I assure you, the tie-in doesn't detract from the experience. This game is more of a hyped-up Galaga with a Las Vegas slot machine feel to it than an anime game. The wide variety of control options are much appreciated, and you get a full game for a one time fee, no microtransaction bullcrap. The music and sound effects are fun, and I'm honestly interested in checking out the TV show after playing this.

Played on a Galaxy Note 5 running 6.0.1, the S Pen for Notes doesn't work in the movement box, but works everywhere else in the game. The lower movement control boxed in area locked in place should be removed and make it anywhere below the ship on screen. Would be nice too if bluetooth HID gamepad's joystick could be used for movement. Overall a fun and entertaining game, just some simple fix control issues which would make the game even better from an arcade shooter stand point. I own the other Galaga from Bandai Namco and enjoy it too.

I love Galaga with a passion. This game brings that to a new level. Only barely seeing bits of the show, this game makes Galaga so much more interesting and fun but at the same time the anime feel adds a cute kinda dumbness to it that makes it enjoyable. Overall I highly recommend this game to any Galaga fan.

I am NOT an app user. I am 45 and only know this game because I grew up playing it. This version is similar in many ways and it is not unrealistic with lives. You can get hit a bunch of times and it just weakens you so you get to fight through the levels. I am completely hooked. Put aside a good half hour if you want to check it out. Believe me, you will be looking at the clock wishing you had more time to play. It's that addictive! Pay the 1.99 worth its weight in gold.

Been loving it so far. Definitely addicting. One game of the original Galaga arcade is $0.50 where I'm from so $1.99 for this app is worth it. There are some areas where you'll need to power up before you can clear them so that's one way to control your progress through the 100 areas. I'm not sure how I would feel once I complete the game but I think it's got good potential for replayability. You now have a good reason to play an area over an over - to get upgrades.

I love this game but its ranking system is holding it back. This is a game with the classic galaga gameplay. If you are looking for a grind fest this is a game for you. But if you are looking for a deep ranking system you may be disapointed. If you are also looking forwards towards classic galaga you may also be disappointed. This game has a level system instead of the classic galaga gameplay. This isnt a big deal since there are about 100 levels in the game. Its a good game with some flaws. 4/5

Game fails to download update in game. States need a stronger connection despite having stronge wifi signal I know has no issue. Please fix, elsewise game is unplayable.

Good spin on galaga the only downfall is u need data connection to play which I don't understand cause there aren't any leaderboards (plz plz plz add) or any relative online features. On the plus its not pay to win

Too much dialog and menu jumping. Takes for every to get a game going, the characters blabbing on and on. I love the art direction though.

This game requires a secondary download after installing it also doesn't work anymore because the servers are gone so you cannot play this game

The tutorial section is a bit dragging, and the gameplay is a little loose, but there's tons of content here.

Awful, it requires to download extra data, but the servers are gone so this app is just anothee zombie, should be taken down.

Even after downloading the additional support packs, the software required me to download them again when in airplane mode. I downloaded it to use during a flight and still couldn't use it.
