Im not saying it should be SFS I like how historical it is but it lacks some things. 1.A map screen. Markers are not enough. 2.Better instructions. 3.More effected by the player and less controled and fixed. 4.A better pysics engine 5.Better buttons. 5 things to fix and five stars. It's good but the levels are a bit impossible for me and I did not unlock a next level after beating the previous level

I love this game, but if the phone sleeps, then the app crashes this makes certain levels almost IMPOSSIBLE!

hated!Can,t even start the first level. trying to exit from my back button pressed exit not working at all I tryed it 3 times.

needs more to do then just 16 missions and tbh need to be able to make your own rocket not just what they give u and allow you to explore on your own if possable

I give up on this, sorry... Impossible to reach escape velocity and no good "tutorials" out there.

Huge potential in this game, I love it!! Please, please, PLEASE keep developing it! This is so far only the second game ever I've found that will use true-scale sizes and distances. The first game is a 3D fully interactive space simulator that is bloated and battery hungry. This is a 2D version of that. If you're even a little bit familiar with orbital mechanics, every other game that "makes up their own idea of it" will really piss you off. Luckily, this game gets it right, and you will be very happy playing it. Things that need to be improved still: the GUI all around. There are rarely any back buttons, and there's no way to save your place mid-mission. Pausing the game can be sometimes problematic, if you switch apps and come back to it the game will regularly crash. Instructions could be more clear. If instructed to fly by the moon, you may save fuel for when you enter the Moon's SOI, but once you do the mission is ended and you failed. Save & Resume would be nice. The core game here is sweet. All it needs is a few cans of polish!

The game is fun... I like realistic simulation type games. I just wish there was a little better instruction. I have no idea how to get orbital velocity. I think I have tried everything on level 2. I get up into orbit with just under 1 and 1/2 tanks of gas. I cannot figure out how to break the orbit.

What a great idea! This is an interesting and simple concept that, I think, could really be built upon. I hope that Parker will include more detailed, articulate instruction on: what to do, when to do it, and why you're doing it. The linear references to the Earth and Moon are not clear to me; what do those short lines tell us, besides direction? When the large directional arrow disappears, it's not clear what you should be doing next as the rocket-stage continues in its trajectory - do we need to continue to steer? When should a prograde burn occur? Playability and re-playability are very high, however. Maybe, some brief explanation of each mission - and its peculiarities, etc.... Kudos, on a job -nearly - well-done!! One thing: the game freezes, after reaching orbit, during mission #6, "Luna 2", and doesn't recover. As for "Monkey Lol" 's review - I'm betting, that, 'laughing out loud' is about all he does - or, knows how to do.

Would be nice if there was more explaination of each mission, as well as being able to continue to the next mission without needing all three stars

Its pretty good to play when your bored. However, Surveyor is Soyuz, and when it runs out of fuel, it just flies through Earth. There's also not many manned missions.

Very good game. I wish there was a fewture where you could wath an ad to skip a level if it's too hard. Maybe add mars levels with viking I and stuff like that along with modern missions like soyuz to ISS? Maybe even mars pathfinder or curiosity.

A very nice game would be nice if you could add the space shuttle and modern space missions.and make the game play instructions and how to operate your rockets alittle bit more clear and just a little bit easier

Plenty of promise but some major bugs (especially orbit prediction stability) render it unplayable in later stages. Keep up the work, want to see what it will become in the future. Edit: orbit prediction now much less likely to completely freak out, but still not terribly accurate when plotting a return trajectory from the moon. Keep up the good work with improvements!

simulation of actual nasa missions. great physics and fun 2d graphics. each level gets progressively more complicated. imagine yourself in mission control. good fun for anyone excited about early or modern space exploration

OK so far however no sound on Nvidia Shield tablet unless there isn't any?

Does anyone know how to start the Explorer 1 level? Its not that I can't beat it, its that I literally can't press the start button for the mission. The game wont let me scroll down to reach it. This is a great idea for a game and I really want to play but cant advance.
