Used to work great but now i cant even login and playback videos.

Doesn't work and not supported.

This is junk. The cloud is not a cloud anymore and they refuse to help you log into your own cloud which is what the monkey is supposed to be. I will be starting a class action lawsuit.

between Vivint's (blame the network) support group and this useless app. and a simple non redundant local 1TB drive that after my testing HAS NEVER had a single file of any type written to it. I have asked them if is in the data path to a cloud Target or if it IS the pseudo cloud Target,. the claim that the support for pushing your own files to it is being removed. my main complaint is that PlayBack functionality. is barely usable. I agree Execs at this company should be Sued , fired , slandered take your pick. the sales people lie. the support people know nothing and read out of a book. some one should post a nasty video to social media like s United airlines slam. might wake them up. This app used to work great when it was space monkey and when is first gotten it. Now, i can't readily open playback. It's always offline and crashing. How the hell am I supposed to have access yo my camera when the software is trash. I pay too much money a month for this, riduculous.

I'm in the the smart home business. If the products I sell worked like this, I'd soon be out of business. This product and app is a piece of junk. They sell this as a smart home device that will give you access to all your videos and files no matter where you are and charge you an extra $10.00mo. for the so called service. It's basically a 1tb external hard drive. The hard drive is worthless. I've been a customer for almost 3 years had the stupid thing replaced 2 times and the 3rd one has never worked right either. I've spent countless hours on the phone with techs that just give up after an hour and hand me off to someone else. It is by far the worst tech & app & customer service I've ever seen. My contract is up in 3 months. I will never do business with Vivint again.

I can't even log into this app anymore. I have reset my password several times and even with a new password it won't let me in. I have been disappointed from day one with this service. Always a probelm and being in a contract there is nothing I can do about it. Seriously think twice before signing the papers especially of you are paying for this device. Maybe get the security but skip the ex space monkey now called vivint drive. It worked so much better when it was just the space monkey the supposed upgrades have made this system unusable. Also many times the app stops working and closes itself.

When it was Space Monkey it worked fine and I really enjoyed it. Now it duplicates or triples my photos all the time, very slow to respond and it's almost impossible to use. When it was Space Monkey and I used to review my videos it would start at the current date and time, now it always starts like 30 days prior and it's hard as hell to get it to the current date it never wants to go to the current date. Usually after 15 to 20 minutes of playing with it opening and closing the app) I can finally get it to update to the current date. I wish it had never changed from Space Monkey. It's nothing but garbage now and also freezes all the time and says playback not available. *SIGH*

Simply doesn't load pics or videos anymore and logs me out all the time. Total waste of a Vivint option

Duplicates my photos. We have changed phones and added tablets so there is to many devices with the same pictures from backing up sand restoring.

Does what it's supposed to do, although I was bothered with the forced auto upload of my pictures with no option to skip it during setup so I just hit next, disabled it in the settings, and restarted the app.

Will not upload my photos automatically from my phone unless im in the app, which makes its almost useless

Not providing playback 24/7 Since paying $249.00 for this Space Monkey and Smart Drive App not connecting.

App does not work. Unable to access in order to use as backup device. Unable to log in to access files. False advertising.

The app is useless. I have tried for months to set up and I get blocked by a screen wanting me to name my phone. Then I get a pop up saying the app is not responding

Ever since Vivint replaced the Space Monkey app it has been crappy. Can view any videos, None of my footage is saved. Every time I have to call tech support they wipe what I had saved.

This app does not allow you to access it without it attempting to auto back photos. In other words there is no view only option.

This app is trash. Takes forever to load photos and videos and when trying to view them the app crashes. Wish Id followed my first mind and loaded to Google Drive instead of this. Horrible Horrible Horrible! I miss space monkey.

The app doesn't stay logged in like every other app on Earth, and takes a while to get it's brains back once you're in. Otherwise it's fine.

Changed my password and still wont let me log in and i need to clear my drive

The most amazing app, EVER! I love it. It's easy to set up, easy to use and makes my life easier.

the app SHOULD NOT FORCE me to start uploading my photos before letting me even look at settings!! (i only ran the app to download some files)

I miss space monkey. Download stopped working.

First crazy mistake ever. In choose VIVINT for security. I've been haven trouble since 3 months being with thm.THT space MONKEY .omg the WRST. WRST 1st . wasn't good. 2nd replacement. Tech came to replace worked yesterday ---today--- back to square 1 !!!!!! NOT WORKING grrrrrrrrrrr

It just gets worse and worse since it was changed from Space Monkey.
