Spades Card Classic

I can win all the time playing pro level, but beginner or advanced? No way! Maybe I'm being coddled, at those levels, and under-bidding egregiously!? *Love* the play! Five BIG stars for having breaks no longer than 30 seconds! D/L this one and, if they ever get around to adding live, interactive play, then I would still definitely recommend this, even if one had to pay for it.

Good game. More realistic playing style than most others. Other games play ridiculous hands that you would never see in a real spades game, but this is as close as it gets. I also like that it is cutthroat (every player for themselves) because then you don't have to worry about your partner making their books. However, if this game was partner-based it would probably be better at that too.

This version of Spades is fantastic. Ads between hands are closed with one quick click, no waiting. I've played 84 games with no glitches in playing. The only thing that I would suggest is that when turning the sand bagging penalty off, it remain off. I had to go into settings and turn this off before several games before the game "learned" that that's what I wanted each time. Thanks for a great game!

I've played over 260 games on this with a 54% winning average, and this is a very good Spades game. Three levels are very different play. Lowest level only good for those learning the game (but it's not a tutorial). Middle level seems more random in play but it's acceptable. The algorithm for the pro level is the best, though, and plays a very intelligent game dictated by the cards drawn. Game is a minimalist's delight. No noise! Solo play only. It would be fun to have team play, too.

The adds are VERY hated, but i understand why they are there. thier annoying none the less...very predictable moves by the system in standard mode. has only crashed 2x. playing against a game alone, no real people, it cheats by knowing what is in the others hand... it is fun and you can win. it's not impossible. I like the rich colors used also. I am sort of addicted to it, trying to out smart the the game. it can be done. All in all, I'm happy with it!

I love this game because it's simple and easy and smooth to play. It's not filled with a confusing presentation. It's simple to play the and I'm not saying that game itself is easy, they are not. They are very challenging all three levels; easy, standard, and pro all offer very challenging gameplay. The tables are great. You can always see you scores and all the data you need to proceed in the game informed. This is my game and I love it.

I love this game. Ads are minimal and short. Has different skill levels and you are playing the computer players who all are random players with different game levels...not one winner all the time. Cards are mixed and dealt evenly...not stacked against you all the time...usually fairly even. Skill and strategy works most of the time. But it's a game against a computer so there's no bluffing or psyching out the other players. You can bid 0 and make 100 points. I love it. Play constantly!

Fun! Ads not a problem. Gone in a click! Addictive!! Only thing that could be improved on is to not let the ad pop up so quickly after the round so there is time to see what everyone scored that round. Been playing a while now. Took away a star. It's frustrating not being able to check out what everyone had at the end of each round. Grrr

While I like this spades game, it lacks several features that would make it more challenging to and for the players. #1 You are not able to see your bags. #2 When you don't make your books, that amount is not subtracted from your total. #3 There is no option to play with a partner. These are a few features that make the game fun and yet challenging. However, the board is nice and the movement of the cards are good. So unfortunately I will uninstall the game.

I try different games, but keep coming back to this one. Two things I wish you could fix, first one: don't tell me it's my turn, I know when it's my turn, I'm thinking. second fix, you should be able to go back after your turn to see what was played and change it, if you miss played a card. That's all. Very fun game. I LOVE the fact I don't have a partner!!! And I LOVE that the cards are big enough I don't have to get a magnifier out to see what card to play!!!! Thank You!

This is a very awesome Spades game if you do not mind playing solo as opposed to having a partner. This game allows you to include sandbags or not include sandbags, there is Easy, Standard, and I forgot third but hardest mode, you can select deck of cards and table color, and also select from a few choices in which points ends the game. You can also Nil bid or less than board ( board being 4 tricks/books ). Though Spades is something I prefer much more in person, this game is very much keeper!

I've been playing spades on an app that: (1)Is all cut-throat when it's supposed to be partners (2) It isn't friendly. They're out to GET YOU, (3)They CHEAT! But I'm stupid not to uninstall it cause it makes me crazy!! And my "partner" (I'm the only human) needs lessons on how to BID!! Either he's really on the ball, or he's just plain STUPID... bidding 7 and making 2!! THIS spades app is just the opposite. I like how you can choose one of three skill levels. And I don't get any bad vibes.

Trump has a donate add that has locked me out. In one hour, I post this on Facebook. Fix it or you lose my support. Thanks! Glad to not see that anymore. Not very realistic, as, if someone is going NIL, leads with a high card, the holder of its higher card, takes the trick. It wouldn't happen in actual play. Had to delete and re-install! You sent ME directions. Now, "hint" doesn't work.How can I turn hint on? Thank you for reading my reviews and improving performance. Still not as good as live.

This is a great game. I have no problem with the adverts except one thing. Some adverts stay stuck no matter if I clicked the back button or closed the game and continued again where I was. That is so very annoyed some adverts got no x button to delete or refused to work using the back button. I would have give this game 5 stars but the adverts that can't be removed may me give it 3 stars instead. Very annoying!!

A decent little game. It's very basic and almost no settings. However, its fun and has good graphics. You play solo and there's no specialty bids (e.g. 10 for 2, Boston, etc.) The sucky part is it plays ads after every hand and they're the super noisy annoying video ones. But, it is what it is and it's a free basic game that doesn't record and sell all your personal info like most others. :)

Great way to learn the game! The hint option helps you learn how to estimate the number of tricks you can earn each hand. It also helps you learn which cards to play so you can maximize your score. The game allows you to choose your difficulty level so you can transition from learning and challenge yourself. Fun, low stress way to pass the time!

Great way to learn the game playing without a partner. use the hints to help then challenge yourself as you progress from easy to pro. I like using the bags penalty to be more challenged and to score like you do when playing with partners. Regarding scoring, it would be nice to see a running accumulation of bags with your scores. I can see my bid history during the game but it would be helpful to also see the bags totally up as I can with other apps.

The best thing I can say about this app is the ads are usually just 5 seconds long. The worst thing I can say is it is absolutely no fun at all. The app controls the entire game no matter your skill level and you will always lose and the computer players always achieve their bids. How much fun is that? Hardly a good retention strategy IMO.

I like the game but I hate the ads you cannot x out of and can only get rid of if you x out of the game completely , then you have to wait awhile before going back or the ad will still be there. Update. I uninstalled this game, too many adds and you cant get out of them, if I wanted to watch ads I wouldnt bather downloading the game. There are better ones available!

The game doesn't allow partners. The three computer players ALWAYS underbid their hands. The computer players gang up on you... I've noticed that the game "stacks" the cards for the computer opponents. I just want to play a fun game. This is one of the most unliked games I've played. It's not about winning all the time. I do make mistakes we all do... The game is designed to cheat ... poor design.
