Spades Card Game

It moves fast & uses a simple scoring method which I like (chiefly because I don't understand the more stringent scoring methods.) However, the app offered a more sophisticatd version ONCE after I had played about 3 matches. I would like it if the alternative version was made readily available along with the ability to switch back & forth between versions. Furthermore, your app is now asking me questons about the game which are not opinions but questions of fact & not letting me leave.

In my opinion this is one of the best spade games out there. Yes, there are ads but little 5 second ones. I love the goal and hint feature and the card animation at the end of the round along with the expression faces of the other team. Most importantly being new to spades it pops up on the board why your partner played a suit off suit. Great job guys, thank you!

Update: I had to revise my rating down. The computer players are absolutely terrible. Multiple times I have gone nil only for my partner to also go nil. Then, when my partner inevitably goes set, it continues to play as if it was still trying to go nil instead of covering me. To make matters worse, the scoring is incorrect. I made a nil while my partner got set, and it listed our score as -99. It is clear that the makers of this game only have a passing familiarity with the game of spades.

A decent little game. It's very basic and almost no settings. However, its fun and has good graphics. You play solo and there's no specialty bids (e.g. 10 for 2, Boston, etc.) The sucky part is it plays ads after every hand and they're the super noisy annoying video ones. But, it is what it is and it's a free basic game that doesn't record and sell all your personal info like most others. :)

I enjoy the app especially since the competitive mode was added. I agree to a degree that you have to play offensively and defensively when you get to higher levels. I have reached Grand Master level and spent two weeks working my way to the #1 spot from #20. I am now 250 points above the second place player. However, I had to slow-walk there because my partners set me on my nils, on their nils and everything in between; so often I am only winning one point. I also reached level 1000 and became

It's a terrific game, as well as the advertisements are a lot less bothersome than in various other apps (can skip ad after 5 seconds). However I would like a "Remove all advertisements" in-game acquisition. I would gladly pay a few bucks to do away with ads entirely.

I like this game very much . You can improve this game even better . Any person that bids NO TRICKS to take and that person's partner bids something , must get the exact bid in order to get any points for that team . If that is not accomplished then a negative points are given . Another idea is if two people , from the same team in the same hand bid NO TRICKS and that is accomplished , then they should get 200 points plus a bonus of 50 points . I hope you understand what I texted , thanks .

This Spades game goes away and starts over! For example, when the game is minimized then clicked on to continue playing, it starts all over with a new game. I want to continue the game I was in the middle of. This action is horrible and I can't put up with it! It's getting uninstalled now!

This is a fun game. However, it seems that my computet partner has trouble knowing when to let the opponents win a trick so that they will forfeit a nil bid. I have seen the computer partners do this. And they have thrown off to lose the trick when they could have won it making us go negative and ultimately we lose the game. Why does this happen? I donot like to see my partner make us lose.

So happy you added spades to your other awesome games. I'd rate it higher than 5 if I could. Been playing it along with my other mobilityware games several times a day. Thank y'all so much. Can't wait to see what you add next. We earn puzzle pieces in castle to collect pictures of castles and we earn puzzle pictures in pyramids for pyramids. Why not add pictures of crowns to crown solitaire? Keep up the good work!!!

I like playing with a partner & bidding based on your hand, much like Bridge but not as involved. Sometimes players overestimate their hands & then don't make their bids. That's only frustrating, of course, when your partner does it. When you do it, you know in your gut that you did; & it gives you an opportunity to learn from your mistakes.

Throughout video game time, I desire we could comment at least 1x regarding our companion &/ or 1x about the video game after each hand or at end of the video game. This has been requested multiple times, why is it so hard to do? Although there may be a lot of individuals that would overdo with their colorful language. Thx, I think it's a good game.

To my friends at MobilityWare I tried a different Spades app and didn't have a clue what I was doing. Whoever designed it made it really hard to play. But you nice people made it real simple. Rules were real easy to understand as well as the graphics. Thank you. If I have any problems I'll let you know. Oh BTW thank you for fixing the Mahjong Undo button so quickly. I LOVE< Spades. Used to (many, many years ago) play it all the time with friends. This brings back lots of memories. It is well designed. This is one I would purchase especially if it would get rid of ads

This is a very good app. It is challenging & plays like Spades in the 70's when my friends and I would play for hrs. on end. There was always some cold beer and other enhancements that had a lot of bearing on the game. We had fun.!!!

Love playing these before bed and getting the goals in, I've also loved the newer feature added where you play competitively. I like the fact it's against a computer as you don't have to rely on other people to play their rounds!

I enjoy playing this game but get tired of it always giving the other team the good cards and let's them make nil bids and make it while making it impossible for the other team to do the same. Very unfair and aggravating at times. I keep playing your game but it actually makes me mad. It keeps giving the good cards to the other team making it impossible to win. You should at least make it a more equal playing field but if the other team is bidding 7 and your team only has cards to bid 2 how

Simple, straightforward, just like the PC version. Touch sensitivity is awesome as well (i.e. won't incorrectly choose the card next to the one you were actually aiming for).

the way the screen is layout it's hard to tell who's the dealer which can affect how much you bid. I don't see way to see the current score which also can affect the way you should bid a hand. players should have the opportunity to see cards played before trick is picked up. after installing playing and deleting 10 other spades apps this on has the best bots players

Very cool game! Ad's in between rounds but you can skip them after 5 sec., so no worries! God forbid we use a little patience gor a free game. This is a great game, fast paced and fun! Thanks for an awesome old school game!
