Your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch becomes a wireless remote for your spa enabling complete control over all spa accessories including pumps, air blowers, and LED spa lights and lighting effects. In addition the app provides total control over every possible spa configuration setting. There are no shortened menus or minimal access to limited settings, the SV SpaLINK app allows complete adjustment of all spa control settings as if you were standing in front of the spa.
Simple to use touch screen menus make adjusting the temperature, selecting your desired heating mode, programming filtration, sleep or power save timers and other such settings a breeze. Even if you have never owned or used a spa pool before, from the moment you open the app you’ll be driving the spa like you were a professional.

Frustrating. Pros: easy to install and app is very clear and simple to use. Cons: (just incredibly irritating) Can't operate pumps on my Alpine Spas Sierra from the app so can only play with set up and lights... Also, here in NZ, you can't use the Google assistant function. Both these points need to be mentioned as I would never have forked out the extra for this. 2 stars, just, and for the really clear manual walkthrough on how to connect.
App is set out well and the functions work mostly as intended. However the app frequently freezes and must be fully closed and reopened to get it working again. Also when the spa throws an error code the app won't generate a notification even with the setting turned on. It will only tell you the spa has an error if you open the app. Overall it's a great concept and I'd give it 5 stars should the bugs be fixed.
Terrible App. Crashes all the time. Won't connect with Alexa, unintuitive. Every time you push back it signs you out. Did I mention it crashes alot. I managed to link my spa but all the app let's me do is name it. The rest of the functions I'm assuming are locked behind frozen menus. Paid $500 for wifi in my spa and thanks to this app all I get for my money is the ability to name my spa and a waste of space app. I recommend you go elsewhere.
By far the worst app I ever used in my life. Kind of makes you think how easy, fun and quick it was to load and play games from a tape drive with Commodore 64 in the 80s, compared to this. Utterly useless and disfunctional garbage. Once got connection after month of battling with 4 mobiles and 1 hw change by spa dealer, was able to start filtering cycle via phone before app died. Wifi hotspot needs to be almost inside the tub to get any signal. Use only in separated network for any security!!
App works great when it connects which to be fair is about 80% of the time. Not too sure if it is the spa or app that is losing connection to spaNET. Maybe an option for a local connect would help. If the app could be connected to Google Home that would be an awsome addition.
App does not work at all despite many uninstalls and reinstalls. Great signal strength at the spa, and it did work for a short time but now nothing even though it showd its connected and has good signal strength. Just doesn't work. Very disappointing.
Spa setup process fails and never gets to the point of asking for the spa name, tried at least 10x with good wifi signal. Ended up using an iPad for the initial setup which worked perfectly. Needing to press the login button each time you use the app is also frustrating and needless
I had trouble with this app at first, or so I thought, but then contacted Spanet for help and advice These guys were brilliant, could not have been any more helpful. If I emailed them for advice, they responded straight away. They phoned me from Australia and guided me through the install process at least 3 times after they worked out my router wasn’t up to it. Highly recommended Thanks heaps
Initially had connection issues with spa due to wifi signal strength. Installed the external wifi aerial onto the sv link wifi unit and now it has been absolutely solid. Great to see the Amazon and google options in this release, but what is it for? Cant see spa in Alexa.
Quite complicated app and difficult to read the font against the background. The system often does what it even though the user has created settings it will default back to its own settings.
Love this app. I can fully control my spa remotely. Even when near the spa, this app is easier to turn pumps or light on or set temperature etc, than doing on the actual spa control.
Works intermittently at best. It's great when it does work but for the most part it's about as much practical use as a drum kit was to Anne Frank !
Often has connection issues, have to uninstall/reinstall to make it work multiple times per day. When it works its a good app but regularly does not work.
The app is garbage. Eventually got it setup last year and now it doesn't work after 12months and won't set back up properly.
Fails to connect about 95 percent of the time. Useless. I have perfect wifi for many meters past the spa.
Seems that SpaNET is unable to connect to the Amazon AWS servers today, so I am not able to control want aspect of my spa... Really disappointing.
Got the expensive hardware for this shite software... Can't even login. Please fix your forgot password function it's broke

This app is unreliable. I've had to uninstall and reinstall almost everytime I go to use the app.
I just keep looping around between login and setup mode...oh well, i guess that's why we got wifi for free with our aqualap.

Hasn't been able to connect for a week. What's the sequence to reset the spa hot-spot? If you have connection issues Simon from SpaNet on 02 4587 7766 is the guy to talk to.
Initially I had a lot of issues in getting the app to find the spa's wifi. However after a long and very informative phone call with Daniel, the problem has been resolved and the app works beautifully! Very stable connection with Samsung S9. Makes enjoying the spa even more luxurious!
Awesome App! Easy to setup and gives access to all the functions you need. Would like to be able to set a default temperature which it can default to after a time period. Love it :)
Works well and is certainly a convenient way to configure your spa (and remotely as a bonus!) I do wish it would just stay logged in and that you didn't have to select your spa every time you used the app. If you only have one spa registered then why not just always default to that spa (I imagine most people only own one spa?)
Awful user interface, the ugliest I've ever seen. When I eventually got it to connect, every tiny action seems to require polling the spa and so there are lots of delays. Like it can handle multiple spas, but when you select your one spa (who has multiple???) you have to wait for it to retrieve the current status. Change a setting... wait while that's done before changing the next one.
