Spanish Proficiency Exercises
Third, to help perform the same task, we provide a Spanish/English glossary of vocabulary words that students may need in order to talk about the topic. Fourth, we also provide sample sentences that one may want to use in order to talk about the topic. Finally, we offer a brief, mini-grammar explanation on some grammar principle that is related to the proficiency topic. After reviewing the simplfied version, the vocabulary, the phrases, the grammar, and the video clips of the native speakers, we believe that students will be more prepared to perform the same proficiency tasks.

This is a great app with an excellent and effective approach to learning Spanish. Please check lesson number 8, "Ask and give directions." Under the Phrases section, third paragraph from the bottom, you'll find the subjunctive of "estar"used incorrectly instead of the indicative. Nonetheless, it's an impressive app and the developers have done very well.
This is what I need! After years of classes, pimsluer, etc I am still learning. This nifty app has tons of examples to practice! It fills a big gap in courses that only present statements in one or two specific ways -which makes sense when you are a beginner but becomes unbareably monotonous later when you are actually trying to have conversations. Thank you! Oh and I live in Austin and went to UT so I also enjoy all the sentences that mention my home -what a pleasant surprise. :)
I just started reviewing this app. I like the dialogues and the grammar notes and format set up. I have not seen any ads thus far, which is nice. The content is spoken in Spanish by native speakers and then the dialogues are written and explained in English. There are also grammar explanations and glossaries. his is a very nice program.
A fine app but I think it's more at an intermediate level than for beginners. It would be greatly improved for beginners by having lots of dialogue rather than only monologues as it is now That said the concept is clever and having the written transcript available to study is terrific. So it's not for me but 4 stars for an innovative approach.
this app is amazing!!! it has videos, the identity and country of origin of native speakers and very in depth explanations. it isn't the sexiest looking app however the quality and superior learning resources and the ease with which it is to use more than compensates for that!!!
Excellent app for listening practice. I love the transcripts and the Grammer section. I wish I could read the transcripts the same time as the video is playing but other than than that the app is simple and does it's job.
I like the videos and the way everything is broken down but I feel like a quiz or review option is crucial for any actual learning. Even if it was just to ask questions after the video or something
Wow! There are options for dark and light themes. This app is really helpful for Spanish learners. Hopefully, you would include conversation between 2 people to be realistic. Overall, the app is awesome! ✔️💜👍👌
This is an excellent app for improving my listening skills in spanish! I highly recommend this app. I hope you don' t make too many changes to it.

It is a good listening exercise but after a few lessons, you can no longer see the english translation

Where are the exercises? Where are the tests? Where do we get to practice what we learn? Is this app just watching people who already speak Spanish, speak Spanish?

Very Nice! I was looking for advanced content and what they gave me matched what I was hoping to find. The speakers in the video speak clearly and there is a written transcript as well as teaching about grammar, vocabulary etc. I have only tried a few videos, but I think they are great. I found some unfamiliar words and for some of them a Spanish dictionary nearby was helpful. Great learning tool!
