Spanish Word of The Day Widget

UPDATE 8/2021: i upgraded my phone to an s10 and the widget doesn't change daily anymore. It's stuck on the same word. Am I doing something wrong? 4/2021:Love the simplicity and ease of use. Does exactly what it says. The widget actually tells you the Spanish word then the English. If there's space there's even an example. You can click for more info and to hear it pronounced. And good beginners words. The ads are minimal, and no notifications equals perfection.

This app is bare bones and does exactly what is advertised. Gives you a word, some examples, and audio of how its pronounced. Its not the prettiest looking app, but i dont care one bit and actually makes me trust it more as its focusing on its main purpose, not fluff.

I have benefitted greatly from many of the words I have learned so far. Some of the words aren't too relevant to daily life and I wish the audio pronunciation were slowed down with a larger pause between the Spanish and English. Otherwise, love it!

This app is good except I keep trying to change the accent and it keeps defaulting back to Spain. Also, one of the daily Spanish sentences had English words in the middle ("and" instead of "y")

Supposed to be a cool thing! But repetitive vocabulary annoys. Expecting updates and improvements.

It's decent, but I use several widgets on one screen. I would prefer the widget was scrollable so I don't have to open it just to see the full sentences. Reply: What a BRILLIANT answer..... 🙄

Over all love it. Canot change from spain accent. Speak way too fast and canot slow down speach.

the widget looks great but the first word I saw on the app used the wrong pronoun. it's "la foto," not "el" smh.

Region keeps resetting to Spain. Pronunciation is off, especially the english.

Can't view words from the past with a swipe that would have been wonderful!

I wish if I found audio within the app

I like the app and I find some words and phrases interesting.. but most of the words are ones I learned I'm my first semester of spanish. Please throw in some better word choice so I can learn something new.

It needs a audio thing to properly say it, and properly say the sentence.

I used to be able to go to the website and view previous words but now it only gives me a link to other apps. Please add option to review past words again!!

Update fixed loading problem. Good app to help learn Spanish.

Very nice clean widget with good information. I agree with others though, to be 5 star having audio would be great x

The example sentences with translations are the best part.

Loved the app but with the new update it just crashes every 15 minutes so I had to uninstall.

This word of the day helps me to learn more vocabs. Also, the use of the word in the sentence is really great. I haven't found issues so far with this widget. It is clearly what I've been looking for, since I was planning to memorize 1 word a day to add my vocab list from spanish dictionary. By the way, I learned spanish for 2 years back in school.

Not 100% accurate sometimes. English can be a bit suspect sometimes and occasionally the Spanish gender is incorrect.

It's OK when wanting to learn a word. But... it is not always correct. I have noticed several grammatical errors in the sentences provided and sometimes the definite article (the "el" or "la" before the word is incorrect.

Looking for more advanced vocabulary. But fine for beginners.

Great to learn new words and the sentences really helped with the grammar too
