I have made transaction for may 2020 magazine. Transaction was successful but pdf has not downloaded. Again it showing pay. Plz resolve issue.

I have paid the amount for September 2018 edition twice but still the service is unavailable. U ppl are just deducting money and neither providing the service nor repaying the amount due to inconvenience. Note: App doesn't have the contact address if there is issue with the service. Worst service 😡
