So low rating because the app has been released over a year ago and it's still barely useable. Crashes half of the time, sometime it maximizes vertically so it gets overlayed by android menu buttons and it gets almost impossible to press any of the app bottom tab buttons. When i start it, it often doesn't load some of the accounts, so it lies about the current status - so it's actually worse than no app. The overview pie charts are not a great UX decision, they are there just for the effect
It won't let me sell my stocks. Update: still not possible. I get no error code, but an error message saying "An error occured during sending of order."
Many improvements in the last year, but still no integration with the DNB markets. While another development team may maintain the mobile web pages, it is, unfortunately for Spare users, part of this user experience. Those mobile pages have updated, but other than looking more modern, the user experience may actually be worse than before. The numbers in the Spare app are still lagging far behind those found on the website. Heading in the right direction though.
Good UI, clean and easy to use. Needs work on the UI of the stocks page. And would be nice to see more historic values of the funds. The guide is great, but would give the option the get even deeper information if wanted.
Navigation in the app is a bit chaotic, graphs don't make much sense and I'm experiencing constant crashes and freezes. I still use it, but I'd really appreciate if you improved the user experience.
The app looks great and it works great, it's almost perfect. The only problem I have is that I would like to manage the stocks in a similar way as I do with the funds, it's not a good experience to get sent to the browser and I end up rarely buying stocks because of this.
Greate app. With a little exloring in the app you can find easy and good ways to save and invest your money. Its also good to keep an overview of how much u have so you can plan your monthly budget.
It's a cool app. Has nice use case. Shows nice graph/overview as well. But it's not stable. Sometimes it doesn't even work and other times you have to relaunch multiple times.
"Bad Request: Your browser sent a request that this server couldn't understand" Error occurs when trying to open stocks, seems like it is because of recent update..very unhappy, completely can't use functionality of the app.. Again, same problem after the update. You never learn from mistakes DNB..
Sometimes take a while to load various things. Graphs and insights are good. Some of the options/settings was a bit weirdly placed in my opinion. Overall a good app.
Useless app. Every time I try to buy or sell equities, I get an error saying that something went wrong, and that I should try again. The customer service is also terrible. I sent them a message about the issue, but they didn't even bother to reply, while the error is still there.
Pensions section completely buggy. Shows 0 payments total. But then shows detailed payments. Shows 0% return but correct return in NOK. Complete mess. And has been for months. Reported to your customer care twice. To no avail.
Good connections. Really wish the "return" on finds was annualised return. Every time you add money to a find it decreases your rate of return making it a bit meaningless.
I like your app, very easy to use, but I found one bug. On Funds, if you click on Transactions tab, content duplicates every time.
At the beginning, it takes several attempts to login before it works. After reinstall, it keeps asking birth date forever. "Help with login" is "currently unavailable".
Latest update now needs BankID every time. Why not use bank ID just for the features where required. It used to be quick and easy to check balance and transactions, now it's a pain in the a55.
Good UI, however, the stocks part is of no use except to have a glance. More information should be available in stocks instead of opening a browser.
Before the latest update the app was really perfect. After the update it started crashing all the time beside that i have to logg in bankid every single time which changed the whole point from the use of the app .
Great app, needs more functionality in the stocks part, preferably in English just like the other sections. Taking me to the browser is not much use for an app.
The stock trading in this app is unreliable. It is very often some error or out of service. Otherwise good funds management.
What an amazing app, so easy to get started and start investing in funds. I wish Spare has native purchase options for stocks.
It would be nice to have the possibility for customizing my own views by selecting the accounts I want to see together.
The app no longer works after the most recent update. Get an error when trying to log in with bankid
Just started app for first time and on attempting to login I'm told that no browser preference is found (1027).
The app works fine, even though it's quite basic. One feature that's sorely missing is to see the graph of stocks. Instead, you get redirected to DNB's website, which is already a weird thing to have to leave the app, and where a graph is still not available. It should all be integrated in the app, pulling data from the website. It's a very natural feature to have, and it's sorely missing.
