The Mobile Bank app provides full control over your accounts, cards, payments, savings, loans and insurance policies
- and of course, you can order a variety of services and products. We will launch new services throughout the year. The app also includes insurance claims, your travel insurance card and you can contact our real estate broker.Overview 1-2-3: You may turn on "Automatic read access" in the app, which will give you a safe and fast overview over your bills, money out of accounts and savings.NOTE: Do you have Android version 4.3 or lower? Then, you will still have access to the old mobile bank application. If you want to use the new features we have developed, you will need to use an Android device with version 4.4, or higher.
Location information: Allow the Mobile Bank to know where you are in order to receive relevant informationNOTE: Our mobile banking requires that you use a password for mobile services. The new password can be set in our Internet Banking. Log into the Internet Banking and select: "Mobile"> "Codes and passwords"> "Password mobile banking" and set your own password.

Latest version drains battery. Gotten several alerts since updating 2 days ago. 20220401 - still draining battery 20220410 - still draining battery
Used it with lithuanian number all the time after update asks for the number registered with account but gives option only for norwegian mobile number? How am I sopouse to login if there registered number is lithuanian ?
Locks up your device with the stupid finger print reader prompt at random, requiring a full restart. Horrible.
I had to re-verify/sign in on the app for some reason after having the app for nearly 2 years. Now I cannot get it to display in English even though I have selected the option. Closed it all down, uninstalled and reinstalled but still no luck. Very frustrating.
Strange settings, the user gets confused. You can set the language to English, but still sometimes see something in Norwegian. I wanted to make a transfer, but received a Norwegian notification in the beginning. Now it says it's not possible to do a transfer since you do not have an account available for transfers. I digged the whole setting to find a way to set my visa card, nothing yet!
There are two things you can improve. The cashflow in and out cannot both be positive. All the amounts in the due page must be negative it is something to be paid OUT of the account and the amount IN the account is positive. Having them both positive doesn't make any sense and confusing. The overview page is so crowded and full of rubbish. Allow the user to remove the parts that they do not need. I don't need to see loan, insurance or whatever the hell is splieses widgets in the overview.
Because of this dumb app I didn't get to pay my parking ticket which I thought that I already paid for and as a result one month later I had to transfer additional 450NOK fee for being late. I checked before the first payment if the date was correct and if the payment was being processed and the app was telling me so! Complete waste of money! I'm thinking of moving to DNB now
Very pleased with it. Much better than similar banking apps I've tried. It covers most of your banking needs. You can do things like review your accounts, transfer between accounts, pay bills, check on your loans, insurances etc.
Every time the app update I have to register, even using the same device, I have to create a pin code even though I already create one, have to activate the fingerprint option Again, this is annoying, why is not keeping the data? Is there any way to have the app in English? Is weird that being one of the biggest bank the app do not change the language based on the language of the phone or Google API

Simple layout and few categories so it is easy to have control and have a view of hole bank avcount. EFP
It's an simple app. Use it every time I'm buying something, and you should make a English version it's actually quite simple as you only need to translate the Norwegian to English and simple scripting, Highly recommended. Best regards Christoffer.
Works as it is supposed to. Easy to pay bills, transfer money and keep on top of my finances.
One of the worst mobile banking apps I have ever used, often can't login citing password incorrect even my password is autosaved and unchanged, called customer service to reset and the temporary password given should prompt me to set a new password but it DIDN'T happen. I had to call customer service again to send another round of temporary password when I want to login again which the waiting time is super long. Kindly get your mobile apps development team to look into it. This has happened 4x.
The UI part seems to be very nice and this app is user friendly. If this app have option to change language to English then it would be great.
Since the last update, my account was reset, and when i login again, aap display is not coming in English as it was before. Developer, pls fix this bug at priority, English interface need to be restore as it was before for the international user like me :-(
It's alright, but the account balance widget keeps disabling itself. I've had to re-enable it several times and I don't know why.
The app started failing one week ago. Now I don't see my account, only the one time code option. I have removed and installed the latest version of the app and still doesn't work.
Good and responsive, 99% of the time functional. You get all the sections that you need in just a few cliks.
Nice app, first I didn't know that you could set the language to English when you install the app, but now that know it and have set its UI's language to English I feel this app is great! Before doing that, I could not use the app very well because the UI was in Norsk.
Not bad, but not intuitive enough. Too many clicks needed for some features and the overview is not clear enough.
Improvement made on this Norwegian banking app in regards to English language users are gratefully received. However I couldn't download or complete a bank statement as offered o the app or on my PC from this bank either at home or at a friend home. 🤔 😒 Has anyone had the sameness?
would be great if you can you can include English language in the app. Its very different to use for people coming from outside Norway.
Very useful and very practical! Amazing app, highly recommended if one wants easy view of their salary, finances etc.
Can't log in after last update, enter all my details and all I get is a blank screen, very frustrating.
With the new update the layout and UI became very ugly and bad to use. Is not user friendly as it was.
1. The app doesn't use the account nickname I set up on the Web site. All accounts have the same name + account number! It's inconvenient. (My accounts are Sparebank SR bank account). workaround is to rename your accounts in the app. 2. The real issue is that the app does not know/show the address book. I make 90% of my payments to people that are saved in my address book. I don't remember my recipient account numbers. All things considered, the app is still good enough to check your balances.
