The app is super glitchy on my Samsung. The screen is constantly flashing a loading icon, or flashing in general, takes a long time to load or is unresponsive. Also it looks like I can only sign one family member up for classes at a time, having to log in under each account separately. Update: Still unresponsive and flashing loading symbols after the April 7 update. May 3: Still awful.

This app will not work! It has a spinning "refresh" circle that won't go away! I can not open anything in the app! My studio is using this and obviously I'm not the only one with this problem, others ar the studio have the same issue. Very disappointed that I can not use this app when it's what the studio uses to communicate!

Doesn't work on Google Used to work great until a few months ago. I get the spinning circle everytime I log on. Can't use the app at all. So frustrating. Android App is still broken. 5-23-22

App has problems with the refresh, not easy to use, doesn't seem to put schedules on the calendar - not a great experience.

When the app works, it ia nice... the problem is about 20% of the time, it doesn't work. I really wish it wasn't so buggy. The worst part are the "silent failures". You think everything is good, but there was a problem. E.g. it gives no indication that your appointment/class didn't get scheduled, but shows no error.

This product is not very consistent between ios and Android. For some classes you can check in with ios devices but not Android. You app functionality should be consistent across platforms.

This app has problems yes. I'll schedule a class for the week and it will still say I have two classes pending though I know I just used up one. Otherwise great way to communicate with the dojo.

The app constantly has the refresh circle flashing on the screen and menu items are very slow to open once you click on them.

I like the convenience of this app, and the content it provides. Would like if the videos about stripe testing also had a quick text version. I often look up what the testing is for each stripe, especially prior to belt testing so that I can help my daughter practice at home. Just a suggestion... 😁

The original version was better. Now that I have updated to a new version I can no longer check-in to some classes. The original version had a barcode on the top corner which I was using which allowed me to check-in to all my classes. That is no longer there and hence the problem. I can check-in to evening classes but not the morning ones.

Not functioning at all. Takes forever to load and couldn't get to any page.

Too many glitches. Wants to update every single day, even after updating. Can't sign into classes. Too many notifications. I get notifications from the app, to my email, and text. Can't see what class signed up for. Not very useful for the parent.

This app is super convenient when it is working. Since upgrading to a new phone (old o e was 6 years old) the app hangs and it is super difficult to get anything done. My son needs to check in for his attendance to be counted, it no longer works as intended, impacting grading for him This needs to get fixed asap

I don't know how it works for iPhone, but for android it's lacking! 1) it tells me there are updates when there isn't, 2) I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app a few times and still have the same issues!! At this point, the ONLY reason I have this app is so I can sign up for classes. Otherwise, I'd uninstall it and forget it!

I have this for my Tai Chi class, to get updates on schedules, news, lesson YouTube practice videos and announcements. We all use it and it works great. If there are ads, they only concern the dojo and school activities.

App is buggy, it keeps loading and many times need to close/shutdown the app. Can't see all the features as it keeps loading. Difficult to book a class.

The app has been bugging out since early this week, it allows you to book one class and then the timer wheel endlessly scrolls. Tried restarting, tried reinstalling, no dice. Fix this please!

Useful but missing some basic functionality like when signing multiple family members up for a class instead of asking if you want to include extra family members when you sign up the first it asks you if you want to add the first once you add the second and the first and second once you add the third. Presumably someone wrote something backwards in the code

Latest update installed. Junk, junk, junk! Now app is COMPLETELY useless!!! Is this even tested before being inflicted on users? So frustrated. App opens, but no longer allows me in. Lots of alerts that have no value, because I can't see any content.

It's working for me. I use it to register for my fitness classes.

It's a fine app for scheduling classes

I haven't had any major issues. The only thing i have is that you cant easily which users if its one than one family member in class. And the annoying email every time you have to log back in.

This doesn't seem to do anything for me. We can't even get al of our family members in. And the notifications aren'tcoming through even though they are turned on in my phone's settings.

This is a great tool to connect with the students and my karate studio. Spark University is very effective. We've moved all of our online training from our website to to the app.

When it works, it's great. Unfortunately every single update breaks something. I have never been able to check in to a class, either.

Really good for seeing relevant timetable, curriculum etc. Not sure how it copes if there are two members, eg two children, and you need to see different info about each.

Unable to reach dashboard. Keeps going to home page and cannot go further. Tried uninstall and reinstall. Same issue.
