Hello, I cant reset PINs. When I reset the page shows processing and in the end the shows "Time out". My internet connectivity is good. And all inputs requireds are also correct. Please help for my issue.
I don't find this application useful as I don't get to see all my accounts in one single place and this is a simple ask where I want to see savings accounts and deposit (fixed and recurring) into one place. However it is sad to say it is not possible and when I called team and they are saying that I need to go to branch to get details. This is the most common feature you will see in banking application. Who will go to branch in today's world; bank is still operating in old school method.
Since last two months , in most of the attempts, i am not able to log in to my account via this application. The application is useless as it is continously showing an error as "request time out, please try after some time". Please provide solution soon.
Worst Banking App !!! Most of the time, I am unable to open. UI is also old and slow. Developer should add fingerprint option. Need to revamp whole app. Far far behind from other banks
Just updated app to latest version. Now i can only see balance of my account and cant see transaction details in ministatement section or account statement section. Message on screen is " COULDN'T COMMUNICATE WITH CBS SERVER ". Earlier also these was a headache when I required to look into transaction details. Do resolve the issue. Trying since morning.
Excellent app. Regardless of other banking apps, this one is seamless and faster. Who would prefer standing in queue when everything is available on a touch of a hand!
Worst experience from last so many times.. While enter right password bt can't login. Update version on priority base. Most of features r not working. Can't IPO apply. Bank name is not updated in most of stock market applications.
The app is asking to update the current version. But when we open playstore it's not showing option to update. It's just showing open app option and redirecting to app. Where again same message appears asking for updating the current version. Pls solve asap.
It used to be a good app. Now it's just pathetic and annoying as it fails to work 9 out of 10 times. Developer kindly solve the problem.
Since Last Two years I am not receiving SMS while amount from my Current account debited or credited. Authorized people are arguing that its a problem of Service provides like vodafone or idea. But when I do payment or receive payment form other platforms like Paytm or Gpay, I receive SMS.
There is a error = request time out, its regular And main issue is = whenever i make 1 transaction and press for ANOTHER TRANSATION, there always an error. Have to always cloase the app and restart, only then i am able to make another transfer.
Very slow (every time screen display. request timed out) Please improve and provide better.(૨) your service not improve yet. Do better Not a single review for your application is two star. Very poor
Excellent Application, I am happy with it. But Today@ 7/19 p.m., while opening the app, it shows "Update", but on proceeding for the update, it does not get updated & switched over to OPEN & yet, it cannot be opened. Pl ,look into the matter & solve the problem at the earliest. I am unable to login..every time it says update app,even after doing so...the same message is repeated.. update app..sick and tired of login in..pathetic
I tried to use the App. It required me to update the App. But updation does not take place. I tried by uninstalling the App and reinstalling the App. But the reinstalled App is perhaps not updated. I am using this app since last 3 yrs and almost satisfied but some issues i find that must have to resolved 1, in Neft section remitters name must have facility to select account name every time typing that is cumbersome process 2, in same neft section & in third party payment in beneficiary name must have search option rather than drop down n select, because I have 20+ beneficiary in both neft and third party register, so drop down n select is boaring task.
Dear team, I am not able to log in into my mobile application. I tried so many times but there is always showing popup like request time out please log in after some time. I uninstalled app 7 to 8 time and reinstall again. But i am facing same issue with application. Please resolve my issue. Application is good but i am facing such kind of issue.
Not working well. Mostly shows the error "Request timeout. Please try after sometime. " What's the point of using mobile app, if I can't do transaction whenever I needed.
App is worst, couldn't see mini statement. Always has a CBS server down error. Also couldn't see "hold amount for ipo applied" ONLINE IPO FACILITY NOT AVAILABLE. This app is ONLY to see the balance, rest all function is slow.

From last one week I am unable to open app. It show me 'request time out please try after sometime'. I did it 50 times but it's not working. Give permanent solution for it.
Fantastic bank, with fantastic features and services given not only by app but staffs as well. Would recommend the same to others too.
I can not open app right now, it shows install new version, but there is only this version.i installed twice, my work is pending. In past it was good.
Good to use. Services are better ...there are many modules that can be used It has a unique feature for verifying the user by otp and pin generation.... If you have got multiple accounts in the bank then u can change users as per ur requirement.
When i open this app,always show message update from playstore but when i open playstore no any update.now my app is not open for update issue.pl.resolve it. Yes,now my problem solve n give full rating to them.nice
I have installed in my new mobile phone and uninstall from old mobile, but when i have install again in old mobile, and open the app first time, username have alway filled in login. i have tryed many time, but username is not remove from text box. how to remove the username from textbox in login form? Please reply me.
Very user friendly interface. Easy to use. Very cooperative staff as well.
I had some problem with app. My accounts were not visible in log in. Jignesh bhai Dalal handled it very well and resolved it immediately.
Just smooth as butter. Add new feature like private bank and then our Bank will not be less then private bank in terms of each and everything. Good good surat peoples.....
Actually its a good and convenient application but occasionally it shows "Request Timeout", might be possible it undergoes to some internal up gradation by developer without prior notice, Secondly since some days i am not able to download the statement to my mobile directly as pdf. Its shows it is downloaded but there is no file in mobile. Previously it was downloadable but not now, else rather than the above two issues its very nice app and good functionality provided, merely any service left.
