Speaker Box Lite

Super easy and straightforward to use with a bada** database of drivers at your disposal. I can have a basic box designed and 3d modeled in literally 10 minutes or less. There are tons of other options out there, but SB is always my go-to when I wanna take the headache out of it.

Good speaker box design app. Every time, a speaker is selected, sensitivity, power and Re has to be corrected.

Keep crashing within one minute of opening for weeks. I want a refund for last payment made. I have contacted developer buy no response to 6 emails! Also they never approved my speaker request and Noone responds to questions or discussions in the community!! There is no real guidance for ts parameters changing from impedance and how to input for best results. Also there's no help at all for 6th order. That's why I purchased the app!!!

This isn't an app! It's an elaborate ad for an app. It allows you to view a very limited worldwide database of speaker models, then spend a lot of time entering speaker specification adjustments, and enclosure & port data, and when you want to view the box results of all your effort it says you need to subscribe monthly to get them. It won't give your actual results unless you pay. Instead, it shows an animation of its own example of a box it could make, not your results. BOOOOO! >:(

This software is intuitive and very easy to use. One problem however. The "Box" function of the software is inactive. To activate the "Box" function, you have to pay for the pro version. I thought to myself 5.99 is well worth the price to add the drawing function. When you attempt to upgrade, you get a pop-up that says something like "due to the abusing of the refund policy by Android users, accounts requesting refunds are now blocked." Now I need to spend a bunch of time on research. :(

Pretty pleased, overall. Navigation is a LITTLE clunky, and the fact that I cannot enter parameters to two decimal places is a little inconvenient... example Qes of .65 can ONLY be entered as .6 or .7. That rounding can cause volume or impedance differences, especially if you also have to round your Qts of .55 to .5 or .6 (which I actually had to do... this is a real-world example). Best free app I've found. Will buy "Pro" version. I'd like to see buttons change between metric/SAE on-the-fly.

The subs listed as out of date and inaccurate parameters. They don't let you update it for yourself, only if you submit them for review (which apparently takes forever) and the final design part aka the only part anyone cares about is locked behind a subscription pay wall. Absolutely trash app. Worse than useless. Complete waste of time.

Great box building app . So many speaker specs already to import for ease of use .so even if you can't find your TS parameters you're covered as you just pick from the extensive list speakers and just choose eg. Port size, tuning ,etc then you can draw n compare different speakers in same box n power to be able to get best box design you're after.( Flat response that's loud all across, spl style just louder peak at choosen frequency,bass music,just alot to choose to meet your needs). A+++++

I cant express enough the ease of operation, but thats only once I got the time to really sit down and use app and I went ahead and shelled out the wimpy $ for pro version because I will be using it alot.. The options it gives to adjust box is awesome, you can control box size box volume box frequency and my favorite is the ability to build a labyrinth not just a slot port And the cut out sheet is amazing I love how the parts are cut in a manner that the box is built from the bottom up..

Excellent App. Huge database filled with manufacturers I haven't even heard including the best of the best and most well known. Has the capability to draw multiple graphs for different concepts for instant comparison! Who could ask for more! But if you do you can by the extendo version for five bucks or so

Used to be a great app, now the main feature (getting box dimensions!) is locked behind a paywall. $5.99 a month! Are you joking!? I'd pay a one time fee, even it it were more than this, but I'm not paying for a subscription. That's just greedy. You're banking on someone forgetting/not noticing they are paying for a subscription. No, I won't re-subscribe every time I want to use it. F you, I'll use something else!!!

Used to be a very good app. Now, it's awful. Can no longer see excursion predictions or gain access to material cutting page without having to pay an extortionate subscription. I'd accept a one time payment, but not a recurring payment.

There's so many problems with this series of apps/sites. It's hard to know what's a clone, regardless they are so glitchy. Simple bugs that have never been fixed. It's a great idea but terrible execution. I'd hate to be paying subscription for it in this state

Great until it got to the box design part and they wanted a monthly subscription of 5.99.... I WAS HAPPY TO PAY IT!!!. then I get a message basically saying that due to petty people who cant afford 6 dollars a month and have been abusing the refund policy, they are no longer offering the paid subscription to users.... that's great, just ruin for the people who want to pay for it.... smh

After the update, it seems the cone movement parametre is not being calculated correctly. Getting readings of over 40mm in the 200Hz downward. Tried differents drivers. Please fix it. Thank you

A fantastic and very convenient app for speaker enclosure. Very quick. The bar with adds is reasonably small. Very good first impressions. Well see in future... :)

The new update looks great but only for pro users now. I can no longer adjust the size of the box and port to design essentially making the app useless for free users. I am leaving the 4 stars rating but sad to lose the app as I have no need to purchase the app to design 1 or 2 speakers a year.

Even their light version rocks. Unlike the others it has useful features that will help you build your custom box so you don't have to buy the pro version if you don't want to.

So far amazing free app with a HUGE library of speakers pre-loaded in library however i wish bandpass specs were avail in free version but does offer them in paid version so hats off to developer for a great tool for anyone that doesn't have time to learn winisd or comparable!

Doesn't calculate port velocity, so you can't actually complete a subwoofer design. Also didn't see options for signal filters or calculations for excursion, phase, or impedance.

Works very well. Gives nice graphs, adjustments are shown to the response as you make them, just like winisd. Best option I've found for mobile.

Great technical enclosure design software. Almost as If winISD were ported to your smartphone.

It's very easy to find the option of what your looking to build!

Cool app, but I keep trying to upload new speaker data and it never gets added to the list. Not sure of the app is still being supported.

App doesn't load. It pops up with the error message "Trust anchor for certification path not found" and then just stays on the first boot screen forever.

I like the app, it doesn't have everything, but it has enough to help me get a good idea how various subs perform in different box sizes, sealed and ported with various tune frequencies.
