The concept about this app is a good idea, but it is unuseful if it doesn't work at all. If the developers cannot resolve the issues for this app to keep it from closing after choosing a face to upload from your personal photo gallery, then they need to remove it from all of the app stores if they have no intentions what's so ever to fix the problem of it not uploading photos or cutting off before you have a chance to save it after attempting many times in hopes that it wi eventually work.
lots of bugs. often crashes or produces a purely black image that prevents you from continuing use. poorly thought through interface. for example if you provide a photo that it cant detect a face on instead of sending you back to your camera or gallery it just cancels the process and you have to start again from scratch. otherwise it does what its meant to fine but yeah its pretty frustrating to use
Looks like the developers stopped work. Bugs aren't fixed, no longer works at all (voices don't load and can't select a pic.) Sad, my last review was 5 stars and wanting to buy it. Now I'm just giving a grace period for them to respond before removing it. Such a shame, it was the only app I'd found that processed text to speech.
I gave a 1 star on this app. wouldn't give that everytime I try to put something together it kicks me off or starts over. . not sur if this app is ready for social media. and if you want to change voice you got to go back and forth and if the pic is satisfying with voice n.p but if you got to go back a rerecord voice. you got to go back and get the pic. This app needs alot of attention it was just thrown together .wasnt thought prove.
Worst app I've ever seen or heard of. I try adding a face but a whole movie trailer shows up as an ad and its unskippable. After it finished I hope I could move in but no, still stuck at the end of the trailer, and I could only get out by re opening the app, but when I do that I have to redo the whole ad again. Worst app lol, can't believe humans are capable of making something so bad like this.
The head moves and the eyes blink but the mouth doesn't move. One X. The watermark, two X's. Requires a face up close without the body. Three X's. This app is very poor and not useful for my endeavours. Keep trying.
It's an okay app. Not much you can do and the voices are robotic. They should add more voices and you should be able to add pets and choose where the mouth and eyes are. It also glitches and freezes a lot and when I try to save something or add a picture it closes the app.
Works as advertised. Giving 4 stars and not 5 because it's still very buggy. You need to run the app 3-4 times to get your video because it keeps crashing.
Good app BUT. And the big BUT is, it simply keeps crashing. You just get some text in select a picture and it crashes. I managed to get it to work once. Please do something about this. Oh, and how about a back button if you want to add more text.
This app is awesome, but it cuts the sound halfway down or Even more, of the entire thing that I recorded,kind of frustrating, I hope they improve it to make sure I can record and post and fuse with the picture, the entire thing as recorded and not just only half way. 😤☹️😖😫
Very fun, just a few issues. When I go to add a face from my gallery, when the ad pops up, sometimes does not give the option to close it out and I have to force close the app and restart the process. Update; Now I can't get past the ad at all
I installed this app and every single time I try to open it, it crashes. I have tried several times restarting my phone and uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it but it does the same thing every time. I would love to try this out however, it does not work on my phone at all
Could not get my photo to take the place of the gallery photo. No instructions. Add face is the first icon but it tells you to put text in first, which is actually the second icon. I select my photo or take one and that's it. How do you get it to replace the photo that is already there or into the gallery. I select OK but then after so many tries the app stops.
Has a lot of trouble loading up new faces. Very glitchy. Reinstalled hoping it would straighten out a little. It didn't. You are also confronted with the unsettling image of Donald Trump as you are trying to figure out this mess. So that doesn't help much either. Who put that in there?
Freezes and loops back on itself all the time. I never could get it do anything except with the preloaded photos of Donald Trump or the Mona Lisa. Will not take a photo from my camera, it just keeps asking me to rate it. So here I am, disappointed. Was hoping to use this as a teaching app. Will keep looking.
The app's great and all, but it lags a lot on my device, and the watermark is sooooo distracting. And speaking of the watermark, is there an option to remove it, like upgrade to a pro version or something? Everything else is fine, but I want to get the watermark removed😒
Such a great app. It is very beautiful and amazing. But it definitely need some improments, and developments like - there should be an option for the photo to smile, and can move anywhere the user wants to.
This is a great program.....when it works. Multiple times I have typed everything in and tried to connect a face only to have it shut down on me or freeze. That is very frustrating. When it does work, it is the best.
When working, it is one of the best apps for talking pix, especially for text to speech. The voices have character, and more realistic inflections than other similar apps. Currently working well. Four stars only due to fluctuating reliability.
Keeps crashing, very frustrating app to use. Face never actually fits where the the moving mouth is. You can't adjust where you want the face to be so it fits where the speech comes out. Could be a great app if it actually worked.
The Developers of This awesome App needs to be Commended & Encouraged. There Are So many things to Love about it. 1.It Helps convert your Pics to a 3d Model. 2.It has a variety of voices to choose from including yours. 3.It Actually saves. 4.Its Decent The Only Improvement Needed Are 1. Offline Functionality 2. Stability in Every Area to avoid crashing or lagging 3. Fine-tune Lipsync(Lip movement is Always out of sync) 4.Reduce watermark size 5.Continue being decent with well mannered characters
This app used to work magnificently about a year ago. Now it won't convert text to speech or even load a photo. Totally broken. Very sad. It was a great app. Also, avoid Motion Portrait and Motion Picture Portrait apps, two similar apps that also stopped working recently (and were never as good as Speakpic).
