please fix this issue first, google is blocking the app to send any feedback or if we raise any complaint. what is the use if we raise any complaint and it is in out basket or saved as draft in the app. initially this app was extremely good, SpeakUp team resolved many issues with in 7 to 15 days. but now because of this blockage its not happening, even we are not able to upload any documents or pic related to issue. i request the speakup team to resolve this asap, because this app can resolve many pending dispute case. hats off to Speakup team for great app
Thank you so much for this app. My issues got resolved ASAP. Airtel contacted me and also emailed me that nothing is pending from their end. Hence, Vodafone was also quick to respond with reactivating my wife number which otherwise might have taken weeks. Thank you so saving me firm trouble and coming to my add. STONGLEY RECOMMEND. My issues was solved with in a week. Before using this app ,I send complaint through mail to the customer support But they don't resolved and it take more than one month to realise. After using SPEAK UP APP my complaint was solved with in a Week.. Quick response from concerned team... Thank u thank u so much for this App 😊👍
The efficiency of this app is not good as it was before.. Most of the email id's and numbers of the departments are old ones which has been changed since long time.
Giving it a one star, app freezes when you type your complaint, tried to submit a complaint today and the app was freezed all the 10 times, I won't recommend this app to anyone, hope someone comes up with a better app. Had a Very bad experience with your app.Thanks for occupying 25mbps of phone while doing nothing
Loged a complaint againt Airtel and they called me next day. Great service provided by speakup if you cant chase around for the right contacts. Rest i need to explore more for indepth review of pros of the service.

this is very Usefull app. but Need some more options like employment cases like nation and international wise. bcz now a days frauds are going more and more. should complaint dircetly to there ministry of there respective countries.

This is most worth app. I complaint for paytm site by using this app 10 days ago. No one contact me regarding the complain not speak up customer care nor paytm. Every time they just send reminder to paytm that's it.
Very good app, easy to reach concerned department through this. need to add telephone operators, because they are making fools us, needs to put stop.

Earlier it was good but now most of the email I'd are not updated on this app. We are getting emails back stating this email I'd is not working
No response from speakup regarding the issue. There is no way to see the status of the complaint. This app is not so useful & waste of time.

Not able to login App using my Google account.I have been a fan of this app in past but its troubling since last few weeks. Login functionality is not working
It's good but most of the address and contact emails are returning as companies have changed their support handle. You should update your list too
Google is being blocked this app while sending complaint. There should be alternate option to login without using Google.
After filling the details, complaint doesn't get posted. There is some bug. I've been trying for a long time but all in vain.

excellent my issue with hdfc credit card department got sorted with this app thanks my only request to this app to add more wallet and PayUnow app and other too like phonpe, Google pay and so on
Mastermind has made this app issues get resolved in less time as compare to sending mails through your own moreover we dont have to search any contact us details sending mail through this works seriously a must have app on your phone.

Superb app!! I was mislead by Axis bank representative who persuaded my to upgrade my credit card on which joining fee and annual fees were applicable. It was a great ordeal and I was given a run around with no proper response. After lodging a complaint on this app. I was contacted by the bank and they eventually deactivated this CC and also waived the surcharges. I am grateful to the app developers.. This is the second occasion where this app has helped me in getting my issues resolved!!
