I've had this app for a while and when I first downloaded it, had no problems. Now, I can't even get the app to open. I get a black screen and that's all. I keep having to use the webpage. Was great a few months ago, hopefully they can update this!

One app that makes it easy to pay online check usage and it's so simple to use, the definitely made it user friendly. SPEC is helping their customers with prepay during these hard times , they will allow you to have service even if you have a past due balance, you deposit money into your account and they put a percentage towards the Ballance and the majority is used as prepaid. Thank you South Plains Electric Coop. for giving us Electricity available and a chance to pay on our outstanding bills

Downloaded the app and login page come up. But when you try to login with your acct info, it says server can not be reached!

We tried to input our debit card but it wouldn't take it. It would only take our credit card.
