There is a problem with doctors list, I am not able to explore doctors list.

I can not open "Other Reports" in my Medial File section. I select a report and it attempts to open but just hangs and does not open. UPDATE: After my initial review, the issue was fixed and now works as it should. Thank you!

Not able to login and no support to create an account

Excellent application. All the information is available on the app starting from appointments to complete lab reports, medicines. The reason to move my complete family here from different hospitals is only because of the convenience provided by the app which saves my time by showing the reports online instead of revisiting the hospital. Also, special mention to mr. Kassem, the technical support guy who responds immediately if we raise any bugs/issues. Overall very much satisfied with the app.

installation was very easy. I faced 1 difficulty during the registration, I put a password of 6 digits, but it did not work, I changed it to 8 digit it worked. there was no hint to use an 8 charachter password. I found all the needed info in the app including my historical data since 2016. i also added my family profile easily. thanks for the app.

successfully booked an appointment. yes, there need to be an improvement on the performance and user friendliness required, but it is really helpful and good initiative to have an app faciliating people. 👍

This app is good and useful it help a lot and saves you time. At the same time the feature or option to add family members is seems to be not working. Every time I try it doesn't add. Please check. Thanks

I have been trying to book an appt with a doctor, it shows 1-1-1900 and goes off with a message " appintment must be in future." Whereas, I did not put any date at all and the app did not ask me or allow me to put any date

Extremely slow and keeps crashing all the time. Not all lab results appear on patient record. Tried to contact in-app support but nobody is there!

Amazing app , very useful for booking appointment and to see reports, approval...etc. Specially the support team for app is very prompt if you face any problem they respond very fast. Appreciate

After 11 months I am once again trying to make a virtual clinic appointment & this App is still not working. I choose my doctor & time, then input Iqama & phone numbers & tap SUBMIT. After 6 attempts I give up. SUBMIT takes me to "add family member" & there's no way to confirm the appointment. Why offer the Virtual Clinic at all on this hopeless App?! If it is to simply make your customers angry, you have succeeded!! I'm logged in for every attempt. Try it yourself.

I faced problems registering myself on the app. But the developers reached out to me and were so prompt in replying and helping in completing the registration. Thank you very much!

Not opening, I have installed this app yesterday on two mobiles, but same result, after opening app it shows white screen, then after some time msg appears, app not responding

It still need more work to be more proficient, but its OK not bad, Also, they need to update patients information, specially the family add. Some names written in wrong way and also date of birth.

Very useful application.. Easy to schedule an appointment. It has a good option allowing you to add your family members.

Very bad service, I’m SMC patient since long want to use my mobile app to book appointment & review my lab test , but app is not working since I called there & make complaint about that , but nobody fix that problem
