Good app, works as intended. My concern is that it placed an order I was not ready for and I did not confirm it. I was purchasing the item but went back to look at other items potentially, and that was when I received the confirmation email. Just be wary and make sure you have what you want in the cart before checking out.
The menu works fine but adding credit cards is not working. Info is lost immediately when you try to add a credit card.
Functional and has amazing photos that make you feel hungry. But I'd strongly encourage you to make bags optional. You're wasting customer money and harming the environment as well.
When i can place an order, it works. However, it locks up whenever I am choosing a new locations. For me, that defeats the purpose of a mobile app.
slow, buggy. wastes lots of my time trying to order. similar to the in store experience, inefficient.
It's ok, but maybe if you allowed for orders to be placed immediately, not for every 15 minutes, more people would like your app.

What's the point of using this app if the order doesnt go through to the store?
Today I came in to order and an elderly couple was ahead of me the lady ordered 2sides of tuna the cashier misunderstood and order 2 tuna salads the man came over and said you made a mistake we wanted just side tuna the cashier was very argumentative and kept saying no that's not what she said after all of that the manager refunded the money but the cashier kept saying Lord have mercy probably won't come back have respect for the elderly if that were my parents you spoke to like that I would definitely be pissed off
update: no issues so far since they replied my complains. --- The store in the app shows "time not available" or "store in maintenance"more than half times that i want to make a pickup order, while the physical store actually opens normally. I complained about this in both the app and the physical store, but i received no replies. The the only way i can think of to draw speciality's customer service team and product manager team's attention is to rate this app a low score. I'm sorry, app developers, the low score is not your fault.
The first time I tried using this app, I go to select my location, but the app won't allow input. It insists on taking and accessing your location, which is not where I want the order to go through and it does not allow you to choose the location. What is the point in offering "Find a Specialty's" when you do not allow input? Since I was unable to place my order, I uninstalled the app, took my business elsewhere.
Stopped using because I have to reenter credit card each time.

Even crappier than before... Hard to believe that this app keeps getting worse. Now apparently, ordering works but can't specify time or pickup location (even when confirming default location). They should spend more time on quality and less time on putting up pretty pictures... No point having a Ferrari in the garage if it never works.
