I've only been using this for a short time, transitioning from another reporting software and it's fairly simple to navigate and customize. So far my biggest issue is that the app crashes when trying to update the library from the server. Update 6/2/21 The company reached out and tried to solve my issue without success. Then, with the most recent update, everything works again. Great customer service and great follow up when problems happen.

Program is very nice, is very friendly and helpful. This is really awesome program, but just one thing what I don't liked, it's pricing... Maybe is not expensive if you have at least 10-20 inspections a month. And, if you did, maybe 5 -7 times of the year, the price is too much. Yes, you have options 25 reports for $125, which is great for new inspectors(like me). Thank you for this option! ...I would be happy to pay for this program for a year, but if the price was at least half

The app is fantastic!! I've been using it for 3 years now and it makes the reports easy to understand for those that aren't familiar with homes and their components(great for first time buyers as well as realtors)! Also the tech support is always quick and responsive, they walk you through your issues and have how to videos for any and everything it can do! Signatures are so simple, no downloading pdf's anymore. I thoroughly enjoy the platform and will continue to use it as long as available.

I try to explaining for more clean understanding (my prev. com-t). I love this program it's very helpful nice and professional looks. What I don't like is that the annual price is high in my opinion (and I have the right to express my opinion). And this is the only reason why I gave 4 ☆! The next thing that is good for me at the moment and other new inspectors is the 25 report plan! ... and if your plan was worth half, then most likely I would have chosen it. This is what I wanted to say!!

The app is straight forward, the report layout is easy to understand which home buyers really like, the software is completely customizable so I can save a lot of time during inspections and the customer service is amazing. Well worth the cost.

Spectacular Home Inspection System is one of the nicest, most thorough, and adaptable home inspection reporting software Applications that I have ever used! The team at Spectacular was there and is still there for me 110%. If I have a question, they get right back to me. I am one of "those" guys who operates soley on my tablet and phone. Spectacular works for me! InterNACHI discount with membership makes it a sweet deal. Android 7 Samsung Galaxy 3. Android 7 LG Smartphone. Links up perfectly with easy upload/download through Dropbox. I have my Google Drive hooked up to share with Dropbox. Yup, that easy. I wish there was a sixth star!
