Love that you can use a pin to get in instead of entering whole user and password every time. Very convient to be able to check everything from your phone. Easy app to navigate

App somewhat works. I can view results for myself and sometimes my family (if the office set it up correctly). I can also view bills (if setup correctly). However I can't make appointments. I only get a server error. It's a good start, but soooo much room for improvement.

in the app it tells me I need to update I press update and it goes to Google play store but there's no update I can't even get into it because of this update which appears like some intrusive ad placed inside the app. There's no way around it. At one point it was telling me to update but after waiting several hours I was able to get into the app but now it's not letting me Edit: everything is working smoothly again. I love this app when it works properly.

Very useful accessing upcoming appointments that I can save to my phone calendar. I can see lab and test results before I get a call from the office. Prescription refills are filled sooner than when I call. I like being able to pull up my prescription list, viewing medical history and reviewing physicians notes. I don't have any of these sign in or technical issues I've seen in some of the other reviews.

I use this app often. I like that all my health info can be found in one spot and it is very easy to navigate through the app. The guided navigation through the checklists us helpful and a good more timely visits upon arriving to my appts.

It's okay on my phone. But on my tablet is another. I get a white block that is literally blocking a good portion of the right screen on my tablet. It frusrates me that I can't access the entire folders to go into.

MyChart is a great way to stay connected to my doctor. Any question I may have is answered promptly. I appreciate the ability to communicate in this way.

Have issues accessing account. Also, scheduling appointments with the social worker was impossible last month. They had everyone else's name but hers to schedule an appointment. Otherwise, I like using this app.

Different functions work randomly, ie: meds, generally only come up late night for me, my chart, sometimes work, at times doesn't so again not reliably. The message function "had" been one spot you could could use functionally but a recent upgrade knocked that out. I think that as a premise it is good, but with many new items, it will need time to work the bugs out.

After reading several comments I discovered if you already have the app installed you cannot update it. You have to uninstall and reinstall. Once I figured that out the update to the app is amazing! The older version was glitchy, slow, and not user friendly, this update corrects all those issues.

Since the new update, a lot of information doesn't display correctly (any tables of information). It displays all jumbled. In addition to that, you can no longer set a quick log-in code which means typing out your email and password every single time. It's the little things that count and that was a major one to me.

It seems like a great site however I can never get it to load any of my information. It constantly shoots back error messages if I try to view prescriptions or results or pretty anything that is personal information uploaded. It also over rides the internet when I try to access this information on chrome because the app isn't loading. It is a constant battle just to use the functions I need. If it loaded properly, the app would be very useful and get a 5 star review from me. Access, the layout and the rest of the app is user friendly and great.

Poor! Horrible! Non working! Told me my password was incorrect, even though I know it wasn't. Locked me out, waiting for tech response. Which I know they're busy right now because clearly the app is not working. Video chat worked for me one time in January. I have tried three times after that and no luck. When I try updating it just takes me back to the app store. They need better code writers assigned to this, especially when more people are using app!

I love my Dr. But you guys need to put an option on e check in, for No changes since last visit. Because I'm tired of doing these every appt. And they ask most of the same questions when you arrive at appt anyway.

I love this app it makes communicating with the doctor simple and easy!

Love being able to access my medical and billing history. I can see my test results and ask for information about them. I love my chart!!! It is user friendly.

The old app worked beautifully. Was able to videocon with drs, etc. This one that changed this week (of 7/20/2020), I couldn't connect to my video visit with dr so we did by telephone. There's no way to report problems to tech support in the app. I love the new, easy to read/use format, but just hope they get the video con stuff worked out. I'll give it a five star then.

This app is by far the most convenient thing that is ever come out. I'm able to message my doctor's directly. Upload pictures, make your appointments including virtual and schedule tests and view the findings. Read the doctor's summary and you're diagnosis. Honestly my life would be chaos if I didn't have this app. The convenience of it is that you can message anytime and get a reply so much faster compared to a telephone call! Absolutely love it!!!

Changes are not user-friendly. Was much better before recent update.

Love being able to request refills and make appointments online. You can also get test results, even view x-rays and such.

Super easy to use however, you can't dismiss notifications on the home screen, which is frustrating.

Complicated and intrusive. Every to do item requires a new sign in. You've replace a real person's job with this junk! So much for a personal touch at heath CARE facilities. 😕

I love it! Instead of calling and waiting on the phone for a result or question I can write my provider or chose the one I want specifically. This app is nice!
