Everything was fine. then the 9/24/19 updated app. this sucks. I cant use my account anymore. I guess they can pay extra to mail my results to me. Why cant they leave stuff alone.
The app never works and I have to constantly use the help line. Very annoying.
Can no longer see test results or any other health information. Only thing this app lets you do is schedule an appt.
Not everyone can afford a freaking phone that is 7.0 or higher absolutely worthless on my phone...

Make one app not two. And If you are going to have two at least have the web browser direct you to the correct one
Love this aop. Works great and the new feture of a video visit is amazing .
Do not waste your time. Wont do antibiotics for clearly a sinus infection. Waste of time waste of money. Don't use spectrum health
Hard to navigate with little information
its a waste of time half the time they cant even help you. they just tell you to go be seen at the er or urgent care or even say go to your primary health doctor. its probably easier just to go in. or suffer with it

Had a sinus infection and needed a note for work so I could stay home. I was told they don't do notes for work for a sinus infection. Waste of time and money. Next time I will just see a real Dr at an office
Was able to talk to a doctor really quickly.
Like that I don't have to drag out sick kids when they are all dropping like flies

Looks like beta software to me. The password rules that are so complex that bob&+3468 is an invalid password. The only way you can enter your DOB is with a date popup that doesn't let you key in the date, so be prepared to click the "back one month" button 200 to 600 times. The "sign up" function doesn't ask for a contract number or group number, so it doesn't recognize my existing insurance coverage.
