Spectrum Secure Delivery
Spectrum Secure Delivery secures PHI by protecting access with a configurable passcode, encrypting the transmission of data and not storing data on the phone or tablet. When a messages is received the user can Reply, Forward, mark In-Process, or Completed. The inbox can be filtered to display all messages, new, new or in process, complete and notes with the message filter. The message history is displayed below the message for all message recipients.
Manage the application settings from the Options tab for a custom secure messaging experience. Create a library of Pre-Set custom replies and notes to speed up the messaging process. Reduce load times by setting an expiration for completed messages and adjust the auto-logoff settings to increase security. app is sluggish. Getting error messages sometimes when trying to log in. Unable to make notes to self . There's been no updates since 2016. Seems to be way too basic with very few features to make it work.
App stopped giving notifications when updated android 9.0 (Pie) on Galaxy S9. Spent hours on phone with IT people but no change. No update in almost 3 years, to me that's an abandoned app. Does it still meet all the HIPPA requirements?
Worked well until it needed the password reset. There is no Reser Password or Forgot Password button.
1. Update is uselss. If you get a message, and open the app, theres a pop up, to view the new msg. BUT, the msg is already right there. if you click view, it just refreshes the entire app, basically, doing nothing. 2. Messages and notes merged. HORRIBLE. if you fwd a msg it creates a new msg in the thread and you cant get rid of it without deleting everything??? ugh. why cant you just make the app normal. Been years, still rather use anything else.
A "secure" app that will not allow the recipient to access messages. Unusable on Samsung Note 3. Password that works on website elicits error message on app. . A user of another app by this developer gives a similar complaint. This can be frustrating when your professional services are dependent on getting messages. Any reviews given this app a 5 star rating must be considered suspect.
Several of our practices use the app for multiple uses. Very few problems usually a simple explanation.
Don't know how many times I've gotten this message and have been unable to login to the app to receive my pages despite uninstalling and re-installing
Crashes all the effing time
Spectrum secure deliver Application logs you out after two messages and will not allow you to log in again. Unfortunately, people are depending on this worthless hunk of garbage for their medical care after hours when doctors are on call for an entire group. Stay away.
It's working quite well for us and the doctors on my service. I waited till the bugs were out to download and have not had any problems yet.
This is the most frustrating app I have ever used in my life. It is sluggish, often inaccurate on touch, and gives login errors constantly. It makes me want to toss my phone out the window at work. This was designed by a monkey.
Error message on login all the time even though I haven't changed the password. Whoever designed this needs to do a major overhaul!
Constantly gives me an error message and logs me out and won't log back in
since update in April the notification tone was changed on the app to what sounds like an emergency tone that keeps beeping until you open the app with each message. very aggravating. no way to change it. prior to this update functioned pretty well.
