For Speech Therapists, the full sound suite version of the speech therapy app includes articulation stimuli for all 23 consonant sounds in the English language including blends, multi-syllabic words, sentences, and phrases. The app also contains the ability to keep and save scores for individuals during speech therapy app sessions. When doing speech therapy with Speech Essentials you have the ability to isolate the sound in the initial, medial, or final position for all of the games and stations to help refine articulation. One of the sounds we bought works decently (s) but the other one doesn't show pictures for the flashcards and the memeory game has duplicates of the word ball no matter what you select. Please fix these errors and add those other games that seem to be in progress (with no update on when they'll be done).
Highly recommend. I have used this app both for helping with articulation speech therapy and for kindergarten phonics with my son. It was invaluable in both instances. It is comprehensive and easy to use. Thanks for a great app!
It would be great. But I purchased the full version and 60% of the flashcards are blank and say error when you tap them. Memory match freezes a lot Not worth the $20 Also individual letter sounds would be amazing
I paid for all letters & only get "error!" signs. I have emailed and am hopeful the makers of this app can help me to fix it since my son LOVED the free app and desperately needs helped with many of the other letters & blends. Please email me back!!--- We love your app, but want it to work fully!!
I would give this app 0 stars if I could, this is a rip-off, be very aware of the "sale" it makes you think you are unlocking all the letters for 19 dollars and some change but they only unlock one letter, so if you want to unlock all the alphabet be really to spend OVER $500 dollars, they got me with almost 20 dollars so I'm wondering how many more people are like me falling for it.
I wish I knew how to get a refund. It isn't child friendly. You can't count on the glad cards having sound, which is the important part. More time was spent trying to get card to read themselves, than actually using the app as meant too.
at first half the sounds and pictures weren't working, then I deleted and reinstalled the app and that seems to have fixed it.
You have to purchase the sound and numbers separately. I already paid for the initial app and it gives you one letter with no sound. Garbage.
I want to love this app, but it freezes constantly. Would be great in therapy, but my kids get frustrated, as well as I. Disappointing.
Very VERY poor customer service! I have emailed them twice and even messaged them on Facebook and haven't recieved a reply.
It's all big long words. For a kid needing simple 3 or 4 letter words its not appropriate

Love the app. Way more content than I was expecting. Only complaint is how long it took to download. Make sure you are connected to broadband and not just using your cellular connection if you purchase more sounds because this app is really big and it will take a while on a slow internet connection.
I bought this for my son. I was excited to use this to practice his initial sounds between speech therapy appointments. But after installing it a week ago, it has only worked once. It has frozen on the home screen 9 times! I want my money back or the problem fixed!
I paid for the full app since it seems the most like the one my daughters speech therapist uses with her. I could be great if it acually worked but it seems as if it did not fully download. I only have maybe 1 out of every 10 pictures on the flashcards. Most videos do not seem to be available. PLEASE FIX!! Ok so after reading other reviews I uninstalled and reinstalled app. Works fantastic now. Would be helpful if they would mention that this seems to be necessary for app to work properly.
