Shy of yelling into the mic, this app can't pick up speech. If you'd like to capture an angry rant, this might work for you. Otherwise, don't waste your time.
The voice input is awesome. I wish I could delete the old notes when done & rename them. I'm using it as a notpad, maybe its not suppose to be used this way. I have quick thoughts & need to get them down quickly or I forget. I was hoping this could help & it does somewhat. Would you ever be able to add these features or make a new note app using this voice option? Thanks.

My wife has lost most of her hearing from an illness a year ago. Losing her hearing has been very difficult. Apps like this help. One request though, white letters on black background? Also willing to pay for add free...
It only catches 40 to 60% speech, tests done with clean professional talent voice overs
When I click on the mic it crashes :-(
I have to speak slowly, but it does work.

This is excellent! Very accurate (for free software) and so helpful... I have a hearing impaired friend... and this is now a fantastic tool. I have a paid for speech software, which is clearly a bit more accurate... but not much!! SUGGESTIONS... Can you link phones via bluetooth, so that I can speak into phone a and my friend (phone b) sees it on their phone?! (Complex?) How do you reset the counter for each log? Update: thanks for your quick reply. Don't worry about the counter resetting... I understand now why you've done it that way. Question: does the android app need internet to work properly? Or will it still work offline?
I am a physician and find this app incredibly useful for communicating with my hearing impaired patients
Been using this for almost a year, when I abruptly lost my hearing and woke up deaf in the hospital. My PTs and my doctors say this is the best app they've seen. It's highly accurate and has made life SOOO much easier. I wish it was on Iphones too. The apps that people use to talk to me on their Iphones are really lacking, and very inaccurate. I use my phone whenever I can, because Speechlogger Personal is clearly superior
