This app does not work at all. Don't bother downloading it. If you try to redeem on it the app will just steal your points and issue you no tickets. When you try to redeem it just says "you have got zero tickets" and proceeds to steal your points. Moreover, this app NEVER worked at all, I was never to redeem tickets from it. Why promise something you are not going to deliver? If this app has been broken since the beginning, why even put the ticket redemption feature in it to begin with?
the game is supposed to allow you to trade in your power credits for actual Dave and Busters tickets which would be added to your power card. Everytime I attempted to redeem power credits for tickets the game would say it failed and that it was an error and to try again later. Thing is my Power Credits had been REMOVED each time with of course .... you guessed it NO TICKETS being placed on my card... I'm really sad lol if u can't tell
Played the game hours and I don't even have enough points to redeem 5 tickets...even after unlocking many stages. Don't get it. The D&B apps are all very underwhelming and do not perform how they are supposed to... and it seems like they do not care
Will not allow redemption of tickets. Every time you try to redeem it say redemption failed try again later
App was fun. Running well until it took 100 points and only gave 5tickets. Said I could redeem 15 tickets.gave up 100 points for 10 tickets but it only gave me 5tickets and the remaining ticket counter went to 0. First problem with the game and only problem. Otherwise fun and will keep you occupied
I haven't had any issues with this game. Even if it doesn't give you the tickets it is still a fun game.
this is happening after thr recent patches. redeemable tickets stays at 0 afer not launching the app for one week.
It's fun for a bit but you're not able to redeem the points. I type in power card # but always fails
Wrote customer service over 4 days ago and nobody has contacted me back yet . I want my "splash effect" or my 2.99 back . *****Update: it has been over 3 weeks and this company has never contacted me back about my refund .
No matter which amount you choose it doesn't give you the tickets. It takes away the points though. I've tried to redeem over 1,000 points and it's not worked once.
Redeemable points number is all screwy. Doesn't read correctly most of the time. Had a ton of redeemable points and tickets, was told I didn't have enough and that my request failed.
Ticket redemption has not been working since around 10/25/15. When trying to redeem points for tickets, an error occurs. You lose points but don't get any tickets. I emailed the developer a few months ago & got a reply back but it's still not fixed.
The app keeps taking my points and lately not giving me an error every time I go to redeem them it takes the points and all I get is an error message last time this happened I had 200 points and went to redeem them and then another error message and no tickets added to my card :(
Point redemption does not work! Tried to redeem 10 times and each time it takes my points, gives and error...and nothing goes onto my card
When trying to redeem your tickets it will screw you.
it doesn't let me redeem my points it says an error has occurred but it still takes my power credits
You can earn more tickets within the same amount of time if you just go visit D&B and play the actual game. But I am amused by all the people who seem to be expecting something for free. It's as if they forgot that you have to actually buy chips in the real world to play the real games.
As everyone has experienced, you cannot redeem tickets because "an error occurred".
I've signed in yet when I go to redeem tickets it takes the points but says error and gives no tickets.
i don't understand why i can redeem points for tickets on the other games but this game won't even let me out in my card number to redeem fir tickets and i really do like this game
Why doesn't this have the same redemption option as the other D&B games??? The other ones work fine, this one takes points and doesn't give anything in return, and how could it with no way to attach a power card? Disappointing...
Fix redemption. Taking points, but not giving tickets.

I redeem points but nothing applied to my account. Fix bug
This app is fun as a game by itself. I love playing it when at D&B, but I earn my points and then when I try to redeem them for tickets the points disappear and I get a failure message. So not only do I not get my tickets I also lose anything I've earned. You guys seem to have this issue with all your apps. If nothing is going to change, seeing as how many people have been complaining about redemption issues for a while, it's safe to say this is first to be deleted to make room for functional apps.
