Speed Queen

Really inconvenient, is the only way to put it. $10 is the minimum that can be added to an account. Can't add extra time to the dryer once it's done, so you have to just guess in advance. Can't remove or edit credit card info. Once my card card expired, entering the replacement causes an error. At this point I have to make a new account... which can't be under the same email, or use someone else's card.

Worked perfectly until it was time to select a wash cycle. Then the screen just had the spinning wheel of death forever. I tried everything: restarted the app, restarted my phone, switched machines... ended up having to use coins after all. The real issue is that Speed Queen makes you deposit funds before anything else and they can't refund you unusable funds because they claim that's up to the individual Laundromat owners. Glad I only wasted $20. JUNK

Excellent help with opening and using this app in the new laundry mat, awesome experience all the way. I just checked to see if it was busy and I can see how many machines are in use, it even tells me if a machine is out of order. Love it so far!!

The app never connects to the washer and dryers in my complex. This app is garbage...and I have the newest update. You cannot even contact customer service to see if you could get a fix.

I love the app. I love the fact that all I have to do is transfer money in to my app and start washing. I don't have to worry so much about coins to do laundry just pushing a button on my phone and the washing beings. No! Need to worry about time I could just sit in my car and track the time from my phone. Best App ever.

I love 99.5% of this app, the only thing I don't care for is for debit/credit purchases you have to add a minimum of 5$...sometimes I only need 1 or 2 added...just inconvenient if I don't have the cash for a small transaction

Easy to use and load money to the account. It's also convenient to track laundry loads on your phone. I actually like this app!

It actually works and its so freakin easy... coming from a college student man so u know it's THAT easy to use. Also im hella forgetful so getting a notification on my phone that my laundry is ready is the best thing ever.

Why does the dryer have a period in between customers? Everytime I load up a dryer that is empty, the app says its available but doesn't let me pay. So im forced to take my clothes out and look for another dryer. I dont understand how you overlook a step on a two step process, wash and dry

I love that I can check occupancy of machines before I go all the way to the laundry room only to find out that they are all taken. Also, I love not having to keep a stockpile of quarters.

App is great it works properly the only thing I don't like is the minimum balance you can add is 5$ and since it doesn't have a function to find locations that use the app that remaining balance in my account will sit there never to be used again. So good app but I'd suggest going to a coin laundry if there are any in your area when traveling for work.

So far I think the app is great. I can see how busy the washers and dryers are and how much time is left on them as well as add more time to the dryer. I just dont know how I get to use my rewards.

Ease of a few taps on the app to start machines topped with a load bonus and not messing with dirty quarters... What more could you ask for!

It'd be perfect if my account can be topped up via online means instead of topping up with cash. More convenient that way.

I like the simplicity of the app and ease of paying for the washer/dryers without worrying about having enough quarters on hand.

Great time management app. Efficient way of keeping track of time left on dryers & washers. If you need to pop out quickly

Very Nice and Clean. I sweep the floor every time I use the facility. Same prices as a regular laundromat. Love how convient it is for me.

I love this place. The staff is amazing, And the fact I can use the app to run the machines is very cool.

This app has been very helpful, carrying my phone is much easier than a bunch of quarters. I've been having issues where dryers will take more money/time than what I've put in. It's also showing when someone else is using a machine after I've used it but, was not currently using it.

One of the cleanest places I've seen. I love using the app where I can track and pay for my machines used and even see what is available before coming. I also love earning cash rewards that I can use to pay for my laundry.....Only thing I'd suggest is to have soap available for hand washing at sink.

Absolutely avoid this company and app if you can. Like half the time you pay for more time with the dryer it won't work and will still take the full price and give you 20 minutes of time.

This is the nicest laundromat. You can access the machines in a bunch of different languages and the app is super easy to use.

Exceptional washer and dryers! Super quick as well. Very clean setup! The staff is super nice and welcoming!

It deleted my account and can't recognize a valid email address for some reason, so now I'm stuck with a pile of dirty laundry with no way to clean it. Fix your app

Terrible, doesnt accept card payment most of the time, balances don't update, and can't add new payment methods while a machine is in use. I have so far spent about 2x the actual cost given so many issues with the app/payment/service. I'm surprised the Google Play Store even allowed this app to be here, I figured it needs to be atleast functional. I'm also questioning the team who built this app, did you even test this app? This is the buggiest app I have ever needed to use.

Love the app. I like that you can check to see if the machines are available before going there. I love that you can set a notification to text you when your clothes are about to be done. Of course being able to pay from your phone is really convenient.

Makes the mundane laundromat experience quicker, easier, and more modern.

I hate this app and I hate their stupid machines. App works ok most of the time but occasionally it will take 1000 years to load which is super annoying. Also can you guys make a browser version? I lost my phone and now I can't wash my clothes because your stupid machines don't have coin slots

Apps is good but the drying machine having defective but we already paid for the cycle. Been calling the help desk and no response

I'm not very happy with this app. A washing machine died in the middle of the cycle. I emailed Speed Queen and they couldn't help me. Also, I had $7.00 in points that disappeared. I never applied to anything. So the last time I went to the laundromat I got $7.00 again and was supposed to get another $3.00 but didn't get that. I don't get they give you points then take them away for no reason.
