Speed Reader - Read faster

Very minimal and simple. A most welcome alternative to the competitors that are largely something akin to Lumosity style puzzle games. It would be great to have more options & versatility, but overall I'm improving my reading speed / comprehension while zipping through an interesting article every day. Software capable of the same thing would have cost 100 times as much as the add free version (back when I was in grade school). In truth, it is an unbelievable resource. Thanks Niklas Baudy 👌

I was trying to decide it this was the app I was looking for, and it is not. I have been using it for 2 minutes and it already is asking for feedback... developers should wait a little longer for feedback when I rotate the phone it stops and settimgs are reset, this is ackward. Also, it includes a los of add which distracts. I am Uninstaller right away

Excellent app. I need to suggest something. Add a slider to the box when we import some pdf file so we can scroll down easily. Please. Everything else is excellent.

That's too much commercials it's not really reading your your vocal speed disappointed however I have to say that I'm giving just one star because the particular necessity that I needed it for I needed it to read my boys speed microphone what I read it at teleprompter it might work when people type but it does say that it's for word speed reader so it doesn't really specify the type queso

This app is ok. The biggest problem with using it regularly is the time it takes to transition from the text to the app. If you had the desire to update this, i think a good idea might be to allow the user to right click(so to speak) with the ebook the user is reading, that starts an auto flash read process. And a return button to close the program. Essentially making it like a widget or something

I really like this app it helps me both train and read really fast. I just have one thing I keep putting up the setting when I am comfortable with the speed but end up missing a few word. It would be really nice if you could put a button that makes it go back a few words or put it in reverse. Still five stars though!

Awesome app had been using it for 6-8 months now. Only thing I hate about it is. Earlier it was free of charge. Then they made us watch a video to speed read, even that was understandable as they need to earn some. Now out right they ask for subscription to read from file. I would suggest please if possible not keep the subscription mandatory. As it helps students like me a lot, who don't earn.

On dark mode the top bar is still a blinding white light. But other than that, an excellent app.

The ads are constant and annoying but worse is that this actually fails to load words at a consistent pace. Sometimes it slows down and then picks up rapidly going way faster than the set wpm. Makes both my eyes and brain hurt.

Great app! Keep it up. Suggest dat u do serial reading of whole pages, while it in viev instead of Just showing flashing words. Wat I mean is I want to see all the text on da pages with indicator running through da text, highlighting da words to read

It would be great if we can change the font of the letters and the color background (pure black). Other thing is that sometimes the words flow correctly and other times the words blink. Love the app anyway!

not completely horrible. I guess he couldn't figure out how to restore hyphenated words from line wraps. also being able to change the colors would be nice. also having the speed control on the actual reading screen would be awesomeness.

App began to slow down (probably from the banner ads loading?) It would also be nice to be able to hold press anywhere on the screen to pause for blinking, or add an option to pause at intervals/paragraphs.

I'm reading my second document. I wish there was an option to adjust the speed while in a document, rather than only prior to beginning reading of one. Or, is this setting somewhere that I am unaware of?

Love the app. Took a moment to find my own material. Once I figured out the reading from the clipboard feature, this was a breeze. Now that I have started, I will log my progress over time to see how effective the app is.

I'm trying to read a 400 page book and your app has been helpful. I bought it, But 1. I cant pick the page/paragraph. i have to start over everytime 2. No bookmarks. Hoping for more features in the future. Thank you.

I am a slow reader and im trying to train myself reading 2 words at a time, the problem is the lowest number of words in a minute is 75 words, i cant even read that fast. Please make it as low as 10 words per minute if possible. That would be very helpful!

Cool app. Would be great if I can adjust text size and deleting all the text a bit easier.

Can only read copied text. It is good if that is what you want. If you want to open files (pdf, epub...), I recommend Wobynator instead

This app is exactly what I was looking for but could you increase the limit for 'words at a time' from 5 to 10 or 15, maybe? That'd be really great

Crashes literally every time I pause it and go into the settings.

Good app, would be nice of there were built-in texts to use instead of finding one yourself.

Why i m unable to use app even after payment...app shows same notification without opening.... Dissapponted

It is a good app considering very few on the subject. The developer has done a commendable job here.

Doesn't have any clue which file types are supported. Pdf and docx not supported.
