Great app when it used to work. Now every time I press on next after having completed the greendot exercise the app crashes. and it doesn't even take into account the fact I've passed it. So I'm stuck to this exercise and it keeps crashing. Therefore I can't pass any more courses. I tried 4 times (i.e. 4x5 minutes each time to complete the greendot ex.) and it crashes everytimes. Would be great if you could fix it.

Update: bug was mostly fixed when they added the ability to restart the basic course, but by restarting, I lost all the scores I had in my previous run, which was the best run I'd ever had, so I'm still a little salty about that. They also never notified me personally that the bug was fixed even after I notified them several times about the issue, so customer service could use some improvement. I found out by periodically launching the game and trying the green dot course, which takes 10 minutes, only to find that the game was still crashing. Not happy about those issues, but still a great game. At first, the game was great, but now it crashes every time I finish the green dot level in "pass the course" so I cannot play that mode anymore and cannot see how I am progressing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it is still not fixed. I have notified them multiple times about this bug and have seen others mention it in their reviews and it is still not fixed. This severely limits the game and has to be fixed. I'm really disappointed because I was really enjoying this game. I will change my rating if they ever fix this bug.

Small improvements could go a long way for this app! New to the app, but good so far. There are improvements that could be made - I don't see how to navigate back to the instructions for the Green Dot training but it does not make any sense to me (also, concerned that being deuteranope color deficient is not on my side). I found some English syntax/grammar errors in other instructions as well. I really enjoy being able to load epub and text files, then using the read by selection feature!

With the latest upadates I can say that most of the issues where solved, but still a lot can be done to improve its potencial. For example, as a bilingual person I should say it really makes me said to not being able to change the language of the app from the settings. The only way I can do it is changing the main sistem language and I don't really wanna do that.

Good app! It's the first time I've used one of these and experienced an increase in reading speed. I've supplemented it with videos and other books on the topic, but the exercises here are invaluable. Case in point: the first time I tried the Schulte table, I could feel my brain working different muscles. If you perform the exercises correctly (trying to expand your peripheral vision) you should experience that same improvement. I should also mention that i dont use it everyday!

The app is ok and if would be the only one I would probably still use it, but there are other apps, which do the same, but much better (Reading Trainer, costs 3€). It also seems to me that the app is designed just to sell the book. The is also inconsistent in the adviced time, which you should spend, compared to the book. The book also seemed kinda rubbish to me, because it consists just of motivational quotes and cherrypicked examples.

Amazing so far, and I've only used it once. I feel I can actually comprehend text more quickly. So many exercises to choose from, all of them effective. One thing: can you provide access to instructions for each exercise? I forgot how to play Even Numbers; I've been trying to guess how to play by choosing wrong combinations until I find a correct one and looking for patterns between the the correct ones.

Fantastic app, truly. Only thing is I don't know if English is the first language of the author. A few areas seem very difficult to understand, but I still understand the gist of it. _____ Cool. Some updated translations would be awesome. It's only in a few parts, where understandability goes way down. Like the explanation of the green dot exercise.

the app itself seemed good. after every exercise I saw an ad for a few seconds. this would be okay for a free app, but I encountered an ad for an audio book ad and this played a sample from the audio book by itself. I do not tolerate ads which make sounds without warning, especially when the phone is in silent mode. it’s a pity since the app seemed good otherwise. :-(

Needs cross-device capability. The exercises are good, but sometimes I'm on my phone, sometimes on my tablet, and there is no way to sync them. Especially problematic when paying for the premium access as it would currently require paying separately on each device, which isn't going to happen.

The app is good and full of good exercises. The only flaw I can think of is the absence of instructions for each exercise after doing them for the first time. This would be useful because it is easy to forget the goal of each exercise or how should performed (regarding, for instance, the portioning of the eyes).

Great app, I see my reading speed improve already after 2 weeks practising, but I really wished you could disable specific exercises. The exercise called 'Concentration' is ruining it for me, it takes forever to complete and there's absolutely no challenge compared to the other ones, there's not a single time where I'd miss even when not paying attention... Please let us do the daily exercises while disabling specific ones

Nice app of which I indeed noticed a difference in my reading speed during the 3 months I've been using it daily. I went from 275 w.m. to 400 w.m. on average. I also like the feature were you can upload your own books to use the speed reading tools build into the app, like the digital pointer that highlights the text at a chosen speed. Very useful.

Before I met this app I was getting distracted so easily, but the problem solved when I started to train. It really works. My reading speed incresed by approximately 300 words in only one and a half week (i train two times a day and do some speed-reading for 15+15 mins each session as said in the beginning. Before you start to train make sure that you read the instructions in order to show progress in a short time). There is only one problem, the Green Dot exercise is a little bit confusing, it shows zero stars. If you don't gain any points by doing that please note that in "Help". I really appreciate the work! Thanks a lot.

The instructions need to be reviewed and edited by a native English speaker. They are confusing and hard to understand sometimes. The exercises are awesome but the instructions are unclear and I'm not sure what exactly I'm supposed to be doing or what the end goal is. The app overall feels unrefined but has good potential.

Dubois. poor instructions. too small font for instructions. poor English, and still of grammatical errors, and missing words. some exercises font with properly. Fur example, in 1 exercise there is current tuner, and "bar tune". But since you cannot Sup the current timer, or indicate in any way that you're completed the task, so.. you can never"improve" your the best time. Also, I don't think you can improve to the next level. Finally, I'm not convinced that there exercises are well designed for the purpose. they may help a bit, or CEO in concept, but depending on you phone, may only digitally hero in theory, rather than being actual next level improvements. Especially govern it wants 2 HOURS DEDICATED PRACTICE DAILY.

Best reading app out there, I saw significant results after two months where I rose from 28 to 33 on ACT reading thanks to this app. This app trains your eyes: I realized that the reason I could not have high speed and comprehension was that I could not physically see each word and quickly determine its meaning. It uses things like shulte table and math and exercises that don't even use words because the focus is not language, but comprehension. Plus, most of the features are free

Warning: This starts off interesting but will frustrate you quickly. The instructions have been poorly copied from other websites. Many don't make sense. How to complete the Green Dot exercise is not explained and there are no scoring guidelines at all. It could have been great but a lack of attention to detail kills this app.

I completed the whole course but considering the amount of time put in, the results are not that great. Like Jesus, it's hardly 50-80wpm improvement and it took me almost 2 and a half month to complete doing almost 2 hours per day sometimes even more. On the other hand, some exercises are ridiculously long like that concentration one which is of 10 minutes. Overall I'm glad I completed it but I regret it that I stumbled upon this app, cause I just can't leave something undone dunno why.

Starts out tolerably good, even if you do get an irritatingly loud ad every thirty second. Will remind you at night to speed read for the day, even if you've already done so. Once you get past six words in the "remember words" category, some of the words are off the screen, and thus impossible to memorize.

It's an excellent developmental app that really does improve focus and comprehension if you follow the exercises. Unfortunately the curriculum requires you to do sets of repetitive exercises that take upwards of a half hour to complete and you're expected to do that twice a day. Very hard to stay engaged and I have to break sessions up myself.

A. G. u. Aug 25, 2019

It's very good app, but i have two suggestions: first one is, that you should add reading mode, where you will concentrate on one point and the words will flash, so you wont have to move your eyes(the amount of words displayed should be customizable) The second suggestion is changing the layout of calculator keyboard in remember numbers training mode: Instead of having 1 2 3 on top, make it 7 8 9, or atleast make it customizable Thanks for reading my review, keep up the good work

It always occurred to me that like writing and typing speed we can maintain great reading speed especially when there is a pool of reading non theory stuff around. I managed to gain good typing speed but it was not without the help of Klavaro software on Ubuntu for improving typing speed. So in my experience an application is the best to train for speed and improved effectiveness in reading. I am very happy about this app so fare and finding it helpful so far. This ratings would be revised soon.

It is a good app to increase reading speed with multiple training sessions and reading mode. To improve the app I would like to suggest introduction of " hightlighting a string of words" at a time to speed read in the app's reading mode. Currently only one word is highlighted sequentially in reading mode

Clearly the developer's first language is not English. 'Book' is a little difficult to read. Developed a headache while reading it. I quit the book & started the exercises. Those are fun. Not sure if they will help with speed reading, focus, memory, etc. Might update later.

Very smart app. I am using it for 2 years but not in a row. I would suggest for the begging to use the free version because it takes at least a month to get use with the begging exercises and after you can decide what you want. I used the paid version for 3 months and I was very pleased.

Amazing app, so well put together, makes the speed reading journey a lot more structured and less daunting. Well done and thank you for sharing this opportunity with people. If anything could be improved for the experience, it would just be polishing up some of the grammar in the app.
