Terrible, terrible experience. They overcharged me for a recent health screening for several hundred ringgits and am slow to refund me back. First of all, the overcharge shouldn't happen in the beginning, second, why would it take 9 working days to refund me? I'm deleting this app once my money is returned. Update: Yeah, well it took you guys more than 20 days to refund me my money. The grief it gave me as that affected my Raya shopping. I only thank Ms. Sasha for getting anything done.
Chose to wait for the Teleconsult before 5pm, and in the next 10min, I saw the booking appt time for 2030-40. It didn't happen. I waited and tried another booking, from a 2330 slot, I got pushed back to 2230. It didn't work! IN PROGRESS appeared throughout but not a call I got! Can't even get thru the hotline for hours. Should call it a cold line. So much for being cheaper than DA, where i pay a few more $ and see a doc within minutes!
Great service, we have used them for all our out bound flights and the service has been wonderful, they arrive on time, do the test at your home, results are then sent really quick. Great for busy people on the go, coming to your house, testing and the getting the results ASAP really helps!
It is a poor experience. The fees to be charged differed from what they had informed. The details are as follows. The operator for Speedoc had confirmed over the phone that supervised ART testing costs $15, and advised me to book the video consult on the app, even though I highlighted it states a rate of $20. She assured that I would only be charged $15. However, the doctor called me during the video consult, and said I would be charged both $15 and $20 for the video consult.
Update after 2nd time use: Very satisfied, easy and convenient way to seek medical help especially during this time. Will recommend this use to friends.
When you make a booking via the App. it says " Your request is accepted and a ETA will be sent for confirmation ". Unfortunately it rarely does. I often have to either to call, WhatsApp or email to make a confirmation. When mentioned about the booking I made on the App. Speedoc is unable to trace it. So I think the App needs tweaking.
They were good for a while but now, it is so difficult to reach out to them when things are not done right post treatment. Their telephony doesn't work. No way to reach them directly thru the phone. I had to raise a new request for them to call me. Totally disappointing
First 2 times was really great - fuss free. Service staff even gave me a care call and I gave them great feedback. However, disappointing 3rd time. Appointment was randomly cancelled and delayed multiple times without prior knowledge. When I called, the staff just told me there were no other slots - but I had booked it at 7am in the morning (it doesn't make sense mine got pushed from 10am to 1230pm, then to 430pm). Asked to cancel and staff told me the wrong method to do so. Unprofessional.

Got COVID Dr called via WhatsApp .Did a supervised art too . Meds came 3hrs later 😁 lucky to have this service online . Great Job ! Appreciate the help I got from them .
I am very satisfied with the service provided. The customer service team are super attentive and the doctor who attended to me is very experienced. The lab test is done in pantai pathology lab and got my result less than 24 hours
Hopeless. Don't bother to install this app. Made appointment but no one called for video consultation. Called hotline also no one answered. Whatsapp service only replied 1 liners then redirect to the website or app to rebook again.
Keep the excel works.
The overall service and quality is a comfortable one. The doctor who treated me was caring and friendly. Customer service is efficient and nice. Will definitely use the app again when in need of medical emergencies and services.
fast and efficient service! one stop call and they do everything for you, including blood tests and screening. great follow-ups and ability to ask your doctor questions if u have any doubts after the visit. definitely recommended!
The font is too big to fully see what I'm typing. The staff on the phone mention rapid PCR test but there is only ART and regular PCR test in the app.
App is not user friendly. To give patient's date of birth, one has to go back on calendar app month by month. I didn't have patience to go back 500 months, so uninstalled the app
Dishonest, unscrupulous charges, when i call them, they say ART test will include memo for VTL Land Pre-Departure use, but after finishing the test they just send MOH covid checker results which is not suited for Pre-Departure Test, and if I want an actual memo it will cost an additional $30 (btw their app did not state anything about additional for memo so I'm making a complaint with Singapore Medical Council)
Great experience with the doctor but sound quality of the app was poor. Had to struggle to hear from the doctor's end. WiFi connection was very stable as I was next to my router and the doctor mentioned that sound was a regular proble on his side too.
