The filter doesn't seem to be of use. Selected filter for studio unit, but those come out are the rooms for rent. Might aswell you don't have that filter if you cannot filter them out properly. Your team shud have them filtered out properly .
Very little units available here, and what unit is available is usually more expensive than the ones on other platforms. Also, when I search a specific condo name, it means that I only want to search that specific place, and I don't need suggestions of other places. I search for A, you give me J. 🙄🙄🙄
This app is so poor. Despite they say the filter is improved, it's still the same. It doesn't show you the type of house, rent range, type of the unit and etc...
I have used this platform for all my 3 properties. Overall I'm so happy with all the speedrent officers I've been liasing with. They are so proactive in keeping us updated. I will definitely continue using this platform. Special thanks to Alicia for liasing with all the prospect tenants, Ahmad and Aznor for assisting with key collection and house inspection, and Brittany for assisting me with the claim. I can tell this platform is reliable. Well done.
The concept is good . Tenants maybe misguided thinking it's easy to just book a place without deposit not realising thorough background checks.Just very unfortunate this platform also seems to have a lot of irresponsible viewers that don't have courtesy to update information in time and always waste owners time arranging booking time . I'm not sure what is the mechanism to filter out these users as I find it a total waste of time dealing with unreliable prospective tenants .
I wish the app to work faster. It's very laggy. Apart from that, the rental choices are outstanding.

The whole filtering process until getting to the tenant's credit status and all is too much! If tenant is buying a house then it's different! Property owner is going to have hard time renting out!!! This is a bad apps and business model! You have no right and shouldn't interfere into tenant's financial and credit status!!! I wouldn't recommend this apps and model! It's going to result in a lot of house that's vacant and not rented out!

Very lousy and bad customer services. Follow up slow and late caused many problems. Strongly Not recommended due to bad customer services and respond.
Till date still have not solve my problem on tenant racking up utility bills exceeding amount insurance covers. *Hotline doesn't pick up (automated voice say high volume calls, will call back later but doesnt even contact back till date) *in apps chat delay response or doesn't even response to enquiries. *whatapps is as good as in app chat with 'alicia' *tenant quality is dissapointing. (Doesn't pay utility bills even gently reminded many times) (damage newly installed item and ask owner fix)
The app actually help me find potential tenants. just that the chat feature of the app need to be improved. When a potential tenant message me, there was no clear notification by the app (not like whatssapp for example). I need to go into the app and click on the chat option to see if there was any message for me. If i forgot to do that, i might seems to be unresponsive by the potential tenant. Most of the time this ends with them getting uninterested with my units. The older version did was ok.
No policy to cover tenant's rights. Once landlord scammed you, you have no reference to fight. They only cover landlords, and keep the syndicate rolling around looking for the next preys. Owners are free to state condition of the units but Speedhome never inspect before let the tenant check in. Plus you have to pay extra 2 months & penalty if terminate early when landlord do nothing to fix the utilities. Worst experience ever. Never deal with this app again. Beware everyone.
Very very glitchy! Once logged in, the app will start sending prompts to Chat with owners at a frantic pace (like 10 prompts per minute!) This in turn slows down the Search drastically, resulting in frozen pages and unable to tap to view pictures of properties. APP HANGS ITSELF! **Frozen**! No other option to get rid of the irritating prompts, except to reboot my phone! I had to reboot my phone 3 times, just to view 6 apartments! So bloody annoying!! Uninstall!
The listings are mostly old and there is no feature to sort the listings based on the date posted. also, why not just put the owner's number instead of using the in-app chat which is very inconvenient and slow. The owner also not responsive. improve the application's backend is a must. UI is ok
Easy to use. User friendly. Live CS also fast in reply & action. Things can be improved: 1. Improve on the image viewing (once zoom, all become haywire ald, didnt show full size pict). 2. Hope can add more option for filter such as sqft of the house. 3. Show all available unit on the home page based on latest post, rather than showing editor's pick.
Concept is good. But when the virtual viewing in youtube the agent prefer to speak in chinese..I wonder. The app is for Malaysians or for the PRC only? Shud make all people of all races understand what you're mumbling about!!!

PLEASE improve your filter and sort by functions. I've been seeing the same listers for 5mins of scrolling it's annoying that I gave up relying on this app. The filters are so limited that it is basically not helping at all in looking for specific type of property/room.
Your apps need an upgrade as i can never search house within the budget i wanted, it will alwayd come out all the properties without filtering my choices. although i love the features of no deposit scheme, but the apps also need to be workable or else it will be a bit frustrated to handle the apps, we cant even get what we want, when we want it.
1. Should have included a share function inside the app. This could help landlord to blast out faster through your app. Helping your app to grow faster. 2. The service is quite creative but 1 month rental for commission is very high for the work that u do. 3. How about unsettled utility bill? Is it covered under the insurance? 4. The app is still abit lagging, the photo sequence is not in place & no save function if keyed in half way.
The automated chat is annoying. I understand the need of keeping people engaged in closing deals, but when a deal for the listing has been made, please close other enquiries from other tenants that aren't successful. I have 10 potential tenants engaged in conversation with me over 1 listing, and when the deals has been done, all other conversations is not automatically closed. Instead inactivity triggered the automated message "Is there anything I can help". It's super annoying.
This apps must have more improvement especially for user that wanted to buy house.More issue on the filter.Details of property; (landed / non landed) differ as the picture: e.g Southlink Bangsar is non landed, but the details of houses was refer to landed property. The properties picture also always same. Untrusted, because didn't know which one is correct. Please check, and provide correct infomation either both for buy or rental properties.
