I love this app!! No lines or constantly providing same info. You get Instant funding to debit card (make sure you choose that option). Also, a lot of apps like these don't fund in Alaska. I've also recommended to several friends (in need) to try it out and they loved it as well. After a year on and off I still love it! Absolutely no complaints here!! Thanks Speedy Cash!!

I am trying to make a payment and for some reason it won't allow me to add my card due to the fact this app will not pop up when it asks for my cards expiration date. It just comes up blank and defaults to February 2021 and the months and years don't show up, having me say "ok" for it to finally show up as it goes away. Playing games with me. Fix this issue please.

I emailed Customer Service on Monday, 3/7 to get an extension on my loan payment and never received an answer. Now my bank account is in the negative because they couldn't see their way fit to extend the payment date 2 or 3 more days. Them not answering email is an excuse to ping your account. Thanks for nothing, Speedy Cash. Things were good till this. Plus, no verification code. Can't get one. Tried all 3 options. Can't get into my account. Will be uninstalling this app.

This app makes it so simple to check my loan balance, make payments on an open loan, or even applying for a new loan. All my information is there already when I log into the app so I don't need to submit all my documents over when applying for a new loan. The app is very easy to use. Updates your changes/applications/payments immediately. Great app.

I made a payment that didn't give me an option to pay using my attached debit card and it automatically was deducted out of my checking account. It was a large payment and come to find out it won't post on time to take place of my auto payment. I called Speedy Cash customer service and they said this app is not compatible with Android phones? So either fix this app to be compatible with Android or delete the app!

I've done business with these people for years and I never had a problem. Until now! My employer sent my deposit to them and it never showed up on my balance! Not once even though their automated system said it received one and then my daily text balances said another was a negative adjustment. Again, I never saw the 2 deposits on my balance! There's a thief somewhere in their office chair and the computer keyboard!

The funniest things are seen in the reviews. Since many of the negative reviews are from people who didn't read the fine print. Paying 1000 on a 400 loan isn't possible unless your transaction bounced several times and the review coming from someone named google user makes it lose credibility. Speedy Cash has been there to help me in the times I've needed help the most.

Will never use speedy cash again before you let any teller misinform you. They way the fees work say you borrow $620 from speedy cash ok cool sounds simple. The cab fee for that is $139.40, the way the teller explained the cab fee to was that it was a minimum payment. But that information was wrong a cab fee just gives you extra time to pay but you will still owe the $620 plus interest. Next pay day comes you pay 139.40 again because that's all you can afford well to bad you still owe 620.

I love the fact that there is an app for this it's so much easier to keep up with my payments and even get a little bit ahead of them when I can just click a button and payment submitted and as long as I stay in the positive and keep refinancing my loan it's going to help my credit substantially

Great app but there's not a "cancel" button in case you change your mind on the amount you want to borrow. Even after changing amount paperwork still say the previous amount.

I used to think Speedy/Shady Cash was the best for loans. Not so much anymore! Accepted my card when I took out this last loan. After i had only 4 payments left, all of a sudden i try to pay & an told my card is no good!😒 They won't accept it!!😠 And if you pay with checking they think it's ok to take their money earlier than the due date & not tell you, then when you call to make payment, you have now made a double payments!!!😠😠 Fk U Shady Cash!! I will never use this company again!!

I downloaded this app on January 9, 2020. Today, February 3, 2021, I want to delete my account information since I do not need a loan anymore to pay my finances. However, they can not delete your account. Even if you paid back your loan, you can not go on your day thinking you can delete your account. It takes 3 days for them to reply, all automated messages. I rated this app from a 5 star to a 2 star. Fix your policy Speedy Cash!

Do not get speedy cash loans. They have high interest ratez. Not to mention i only borrowed $300 or something around that. And there making me pay them $900 to them. I mean its understandable if they charge me a fare amount more. But I was giving them $100 a month and they were only taking put 10$ towards my account and the rest was for interest. It is ridiculous. Do not get whats ao ever.

a reap off do not use it costumers service is a joke try to get an extension they got "the wrong date" they tray to take the money out off the account with 2 different amounts and my bank charge me for return checks mean while they keep adding extra charges. I don't recommend it.

The app almost never lets you make any online payments at your convenience. If you live too far from a branch you have to call customer service to make an ACH payment so be ready to sit on hold for up to an hour. Without online payments with my debit card, the app is useless.

Very horrible and and rip you off more. You pay biweekly but loan amount never reduces. If you are willing to pay biweekly for weeks and pay way above what you credit after making tons of payments them you are at the right spot. Will rather go broke or go to court for even a penny than using speedycash because it is a complete rip off

I'm not going to lie, I was sceptical about getting this fast loan. However, I was in desperate need of it. I wished the fees weren't as high as they are... But so be it, so are all the other fast Loans... I love how they are true to their ad. Fast, upfront less hassle than anybody else. I would recommend this for a fast, short loan... When I'm done with my loan I'll give a true rating.

Actually an amazing app. Setting up loans online through this app actually works, which was to my surprise. Then when I arrived at the store to pick up my cash, it took all of 5 minutes. Opposed to the half an hour like normal!

this is the absolute worst loan company I've ever dealt with. 1. their system magically wouldn't take my debit card that I'd made payments with before so I was stuck paying cash for my loan. 2. there collections agency called me twice to "make a payment" when the payment already had been made 3. they hit me with 2 hard inquiries on my credit report. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SPEEDY CASH. Worst loan company in the world i wish I could leave zero stars, they don't deserve 1.

Total rip, three years later I still owe about one quarter of bowered amount. When trying pay-off my balance, I was informed that my principle balance was $97, my pay-off is $150. I was informed that if I payed the $97, by next month my intrest would now be my principle and the balance would continue to climb. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY unless you don't need your money.

The app is easy to navigate and use but interest is way too much. Borrowed $235 and paid back $445, and made all payments on time. Will definently do something different next time I'm short on cash.

Easy to get a loan even online and will deposit directly into account right away dont take no time. My only reason for the 4* instead of a 5* because even though i pay my payments off and go back for another loan over and over and i can only receive a very little amount dont understand why by now and even with my fixed income it gets paid on time so consider loaning a little more for valued customers only! Thanks:) They accept chime online checking account to get a loan thats cool! :)

Always help me when I need help. That's why I continue to pay my bill on time when I get a loan from speedy Cash and finally pays it off. They treat me the way I treat them thumbs up only thing is that it's better to pay it off as soon as possible than pay installments. It's cheaper and smarter. Thank you so much.

I don't care about the app. I care about customer service. Speedy Cash is superior among the many and myriad loan providers. Seamless and efficient. If you need a loan of any type, I highly recommend Speedy Cash.

0.15 cent a day till your payment is due also a $29.99 fee for a third party lender depending on which state u live in. So let's say u borrow 300 your payments are 73.99 ever 2 weeks which is cheap but that 29.99 fee and 0.15 cent a day add up and brings it back up. my payment was 140 just 2 weeks ago now it's back up to 204. I never missed a payment or was late it's that fine print no one seems to read and the lack of them telling one about these fees. just gonna pay what I owe on my loan off

Can't even sign up. And when I look for a store the app crashes. Looked promising but if I can't even use it what's the point?

App functions well and company is easy to do business with for the most part. The amount of documentation needed to change/update your bank account seems a bit over the top, but other than that so far so good.

Difficult to access features, difficult to change any options. When this is paid off, I'll never use Speedy Cash again for a loan, or reccommend them.

Can't add credit card info. The section where you chose the expiration date comes up blank.
