I had a very bad experience. Is this new app? Very difficult to take picture. Why the messages on the back of the check? When the photo was good it wouldnot take picture. Too difficult. I have been using online banking for years and it is great-first time I tried mobile banking to deposit a check-the front photographed great first time-the back not so much-with my shaky hands it just didn't want to accept the the picture-totally understand seeing the signature is important but you can't help shaky hands as you age. Maybe I'll give it another try whenever I have a paper check to deposit-the concept is great as long as it doesn't take me a half an hour to do it. Thanks

I keep trying to setup account and I must be timing our will try on my computer later date frustrating.

Have had this bank for years and have been very satisfied. The app has also worked very well for as long as I've had it, a few years at least. It is also fairly straightforward and much easier to use then other banks apps that I use.

LOVE the idea of depositing checks without going to the bank each time!

Photo on auto takes forever so tried manual mode and that improved. Chase bank app is quick. What's the problem at Spencer?

Only thing I'd like to have different is the ability to "name" my acct.. I dont like using the acct numbers all the time, I'd like to go by the name i have for them..

I use this every day to correct my small monies from being distributed unfairly. Customer service is the best. Very responsive... thank you for being there..

Some checks just do not work in this app. I don't know whether it was because it was issued by USPS or because it was a large dimension check.

It's a bit hard to get the picture of the check, due to shakey hands. Aside from that, I like, during this time, being able to deposit funds.

Check depositing via app is a nightmare. Other bankinn apps are much less picky on the picture quality.

Excellent program for doing my banking. I would recommend it for family and friends.

Pain in the backside. App is finicky about what is acceptable image. No problem with TD bank.
