Spend App

Recently I had an issue that was resovled once I had made contact with customer service. I have always been happy with Spend app and it offers a great selection of quality coins. They have an awesome chat feature. The most important thing to learn is patience when the market is crazy! And don't forget to fill out "memo" with Stellar! I have learned by my own mistakes!

Maybe the app itself is okay, but I refuse to play the game of their verification process just to get a debit card in order to earn only 0.5% more than I do now with Capital One. Driver License front and back, selfie with driver license AND paper with date and my signature was bad enough, but when they next wanted a picture of a recent billing statement I called it quits. The problem with all these pictures is that if they aren't perfect they will be rejected, and then I get to start over.

Worst customer service team in any industry. They will not fix a simple problem of just being able to view virtual debit card numbers, which defeats the entire purpose of having a virtual debit card. I have been contacting customer support for over a month, and only received a single one line, smart-@$$ response that did not even address the issue. I cannot believe Visa is willing to put their name on this company's debit card! Would give negative stars if possible.

I'm really excited for this to take off. There are issues with the app but Live support and email support are quick and helpful. Just recently deposited SPND from one of my exchanges and it only took 1min 58sec to show up in my SPEND wallet. I could see myself using this app consistently once the bugs are fixed. I'm definitely a Spender.

I got your debit card so that I could easily spend Dash while out and about. It's super quick and easy to send coins from my Dash wallet to my Spend card. I would like to see an option added to make a notification so show when a transaction goes though on my card. Given how often credit card information gets stolen it would be nice to see immediately if the card was compromised so I don't load any more coins on it.

Great Idea - terrible realisation: absolutely horrible user experience - unintuitive, lacks of any explanations. More testing is required. PS. "!" universally considered as a special character, so it should be accepted when choosing a password.

This works great. I've been able to very easily and quickly transfer different types of cryptocurrencies between different wallets and this wallet, and then make Visa card U.S. dollar purchases using those cryptocurrency balances. This is an amazing product and they've done a very good job of creating a bridge between different financial worlds.

Password reset fails. When creating account, only one password is gathered (using ****) ie you can't see it. If you mistype it as i must have, the password recovery workflow tries to send a code to your mobile device (not the email you used to register!). Because you never signed in and registered your phone, you can never recover your password via this flow. I know, it seems so obvious. How is it a user has to install the app and use up their email & username on what shld have been caught by QA?

This is one of the best apps today. You can send and receive money quickly to anyone who has the app. It’s very convenient for sending money to loved ones.You can also get a debit card and personalize it. Wow now you can make purchases anywhere Visa is accepted.You can load your new cash app easily through your bank account or credit card. Spend app is really cool!🙂

only links bank accounts on there approved list, cannot manually add bank account not listed. live chat support on app, no one answers and chat won't close no matter how many times you close it. Not an app I would recommend until they fix these simple issues that shouldn't be happening in the first place. To bad...looked like a good alternative to coinbase card when coinbase card is not available in your area.

Spend wallet is a SCAM!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. A few times now they have either not let transactions go through or straight up took a transaction instead of having it sent....then I have to message over and over and over for almost 2 weeks and they give me excuse after excuse on why they cant refund me. I highly recommend that none trust spend with any amount of Crytpo big or small.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have tried use this app to sell BTC for USD that is built into the wallet. It will not allow me to sell. I tried to send BTC to Kraken. Every time the transaction fails. Spend chat is absolutely no help at all. They have no way to call and talk to someone or to solve any issues you maybe having. Yes you can swap for all other assets except for the stable coin PAX. You have absolutely NO way to secure your asset if the market drops. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Send money to the wallet and it will show confermed. But the balance will remain $0... it did this with multiple currencies I tryed to send over. Now it's stuck there until I can get support to look at it in a few days, (and please don't reply with "check the telegram page" because the admins answer to this is, "it works fine for me")... i have the latest update. And the live support also told me it's a known issue... the unfortunate thing is its unknown to the user until their money's stuck

Great design but doesn't fully support USD. Cannot swap coins every time you try to swap it will say "order not processed try again later." Can't transfer to your bank account, transferring from your account doesn't always work, cannot upgrade your card in the app.

Before, I need to list down my expenses on my notepad, and scroll all the way down day per day. This app has a quick category feature for you to segregate where your money goes, and see the overview in days, weeks and months so you are aware of how your money flows. This was recommended by a good friend, now I will never uninstall this app. Thank you Spend app ♥

Submitted photos several times for tier 2 verification and never get anything. Emailed support and all they said was wait for the Android update. That makes no sense as the app says it sends all the information fine and should take 3 days to be verified. Uninstalled!

So far so good! I've had this app since the 7th and I have already gotten almost 26 bucks. I have 3 people in my stream which really helps as well. Just gotta find a team that is serious about making extra bonus points and I'm set. Will keep at 5 stars until it's time to cash out at the 30 day mark and then I'll see if it's still worthy of 5 stars. GREAT LEGIT app so far for making easy money

I haven't even signed up yet. When the app told me that my password needed to be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, I incorporated all of this into my password and it still didn't work. I even tried changing my username, but it still didn't work.

Very well designed. Great features. But please speed up the transfer between accounts feature. This is the only thing missing!

too complicated....gave a ton of info on myself but they continue to ask for more just link a bank acct or card to buy anything. Almost like a setup for identity theft with all the info needed.

Way to damn expensive one time fees. Can't buy spend with USD, keeps saying "Order not processed please try again later". It doesn't do any good to order the ""cash back"" card if you can't lock any spend to get the cash back part activated. Can't lock any spend if you can't buy any. And now they have made a profit in transfer fees and wasted my time, at least theirs always true cashback options with crypto mco, bit bay Celsius and the rest. Update: As of January 4th, no success still.!!!

The app and card itself works pretty good. The problem is the CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE. They changed card distributors and so my old card no longer worked. I've been trying for 6 MONTHS+ to get a new card from them. Customer support is a joke and responds to emails 2 days later with canned and horrible responses. Trying chat they tried to suggest that part of the delay was due to COVID but mail still running and does not explain an over 2 month delay in received card. The App B+ Support F-

Great app for truly saving funds. I just connect my device, set you rules, and delete the app. Come back and I have a decent amount in savings consistent with my rules.

The app has a completely new and fresh interface. I can send and receive either currency with anyone anywhere in the world. Very great.
