I had to reinstalled the apps 5 times today trying to login and needing two factor authentication code. I have changed my password several times and account has locked me out. We need and easier way to access this. What is causing this and can you all help us
Horrible app but I have to use it for work clunky interface and takes forever to see your charges. UPDATE They keep updating but it never gets better smh. Edit. Several updates later and it is still terrible constantly giving errors.
Terrible. I have to use with my corporate credit card. It isn't particularly compatible with my Google Pixel 3, and now we are required to use two step verification, which is impossible. The login screen when you get a randomised password is a nightmare to use. I'm sure if it works properly with your phone, it's fine, but doesn't work for me at all.
I had to reformat my phone, which meant I had to log back into this app... except it wanted a two-factor authentication with the code that resets every 1 minute...except the only way to get that code WAS ON THE APP THAT I'M CURRENTLY TRYING TO LOG INTO. Do you see the problem and disconnect? It's a complete lack of thinking into extra security! I tried to log in on the website, and it wants the code as well! I tried to select forgot password hoping to get around it, and it still wants the code!
Have to take a picture of the receipt two or three times before it uploads. There are constant errors which would require you to contact your company administrator.
Overall decent, I would love it if the app would allow uploads of .PDF files as receipts, but alas, I have to resort to a computer for those uploads. I would also love it if I could actually contact someone in the company about this issue, instead when I click "contact" it just says to contact somebody in my own company, and they have no clue either. Maybe they will eventually add features and remove random bugs, but I guess if there is no way to let them know about these issues. . . . . .
The "authenticator" is a joke! Trying to log into website, after user name/password it asks for code from authenticator. I am stuck in an endless loop of entering code, being taken back to login screen. I login again, it asks for a code from the so-called "authenticator" again, which I enter, and here I am back on the login screen. Repeat, repeat, repeat the endless loop until account is locked. How can a giant company like Visa produce such a piece of garbage app??
One of the most annoying apps I've ever used. Two step verification process, password resets every 30 days, can't use an old one. Overall a horrible experience that I'm forced to use for work.
It works good but the fact that when am in an expense, i go to take a pic of receipt it takes me to tthe receipts file, then i have to click on ok, then click to attach then click ok and it takes me back to where i initiated the pic in the expense. so many extra steps for no reason. When i'm in an expense and want to add pic from there it is rediculous to have all these extra steps.
This app and company continue to trend from bad to worse. They simply cannot get much right. Now we're doing two factor authentication which has an atrocious implementation. We are into weeks now where I still cannot access my account even though my program manager and I are doing everything asked and directed. I'm wholly confident that I could do better with a bunch of college interns on half the budget. Unless their budget is virtually nothing and then I refer back to my second sentence.
Worst app ever. Slow, difficult to navigate for a new user of the app. I thought it would save time as opposed to using the desktop page, but im wrong
Meh, it works. Sometimes. When you upload photos through the app, sometimes they upload, sometimes not. Make sure and keep your receipts as I've been burned on this a few times
Very frustrating app and backend. Every time I try to use this tool, it doesn't work until my employer's admin deletes my account, unpairs my phone and then I have to re-register. This is an expense waste of productive time to my employer and adds unnecessary burden to my admin.
For the most part it is easy to use. The complaint is that finalizing the transaction should be a manual operation with a confirmation prompt. In addition, editing a finalized action needs to be an option.
This is quite simply the worst app ive ever used, my company insist we use it, it conitual fails to recognise my account so can never log in, on the one occasion it let me get past the log in page it then crashed and then surprise surprise didnt recognise either my company reset password or the one i created when i tried to log back in...just dont use it its pure garbage and if i could id rate it zero stars
Can't even log in successfully. Says fingerprint, PIN and password are all wrong. Keeps locking me out. Not an improvement
Probably the worst app ever. 4 days to get in between me and the head of finance only to get locked out again 10 minutes later. 1 star is 2 stars too many. Hell has no suffering like this app.
Seems to be bugs with this update. Loses receipts and crashes with error message to contact administrator.
Can't even use. Says my device had been tampered with and I barely just bought it. Said that on my last device as well. Useless app.
This app is the worse example of circular logic. I need to login into the phone to log into the web app but it uses 2FA and you cant access 2FA on the phone.
I absolutely hate this time-sucking, overly-complex utterly non-intuitive boondoggle.
Breaks constantly and the whole system lacks any useful reporting features for managers and administrators. Absolutely garbage
The two factor authentication NEVER works appropriately and I get locked out of my account multiple time a month.

Sort the app out it isn't fit for any purpose unless you're looking for an app to pointlessly waste your time
This app/system doesn't work very well. Lots of wasted time...
No PDF upload support for receipts that were downloads to my device during a digital transaction. It turns a 10 minute job into an hour to find a way to export to a jpeg file or simply print and take a stupid photo of a sheet of paper. Also, now that the app updated with the name change, it forced me to update my password, only to find my phone's registration for the authentication has been wiped. Now, the account will need to be reset which will force another password change just for a phone.
